It's a big train station. There's a couple of places to eat once you go through the ticketed area and a couple of shops like Boots and two clothing stores.
There's a Starbucks and an Upper Crust in the main upstairs areas but some of the platforms also have coffee-shop-type places where you can sit-in and eat.
Most of the platforms have heated waiting rooms, where you can also find the bathrooms.
I gave it only 3 because there aren't very many employees around that can help if you have a question or are a bit lost about which platform or train you're supposed to take which is unnecessarily stressful. read more
