Of the 5 different terminals at this airport, of course Continental Airlines uses that one. I managed to catch a free transfer and hauled my luggage onto it for the trip around the airport perimeter to Terminal 5. Once there, I figured out where to buy the ticket (there are two ticket stands and one was closed) and stepped outside to the appropriate bus stop. Small piece of luck, the bus arrived a few moments later. Excellent and extremely courteous bus driver, he put my very heavy luggage underneath without complaint and we were off. The drive to Reading was about a half hour in light traffic and I was able to entertain myself with free wi-fi on board. When we did get to Reading, he helped my drag my luggage over to the taxi stand. In the rain! Thank you! Not the most comfortable of seats, as a 6' tall American, I had to twist sideways in order to avoid banging my knees into the seat in front. I will absolutely use this service again. Strong recommendation! Save £1 and buy your ticket online.

He greeted us at the arrival exit, with a placard with my full name on it. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage to the car. Bottles of waters are available in the car. On our return trip to the airport, the assigned driver arrived at the hotel early for pick-up and gave me a call. No stress and no-frills impeccable service!
