They came back and said my credit was not high enough. I could have told them that for my credit never was high enough on any platform. Credit Karma, Experian, trans union, none of them had the appropriate score they required for the loan so they illegally marketed something I never qualified for to hit my credit. They then tried to get me to sign up for a loan that was worse than my existing and charge me a $600 fee to do the loan. The Savings Bank was just a middle man to the lender. The lender approved to remove $500/$600 fee. The savings bank came back and said no. This company is fraudulent and has terrible business practices. DO NOT do business with this company.

Cost us an 1/8th of a percentage point because of delays and speed bumps in communications, and nearly cost us our deposit because of dishonestly relating the time frame he needed to get things together. Was generally a stressful situation. Would not use again. Got locked into using them by our real estate agent (another story of its own). Would not deal with again.
