Wow, I'm surprised to read the other review, as it was the polar opposite of my experience. I suppose in any office there could be good and bad people. I worked with loan officer Kelcey to buy my 2 family home in Boston. Until I found her, the transaction had been a nightmare - the home was an estate sale so everything was dragging on, and I work two jobs on contracted hours, so my income is a little hard to calculate, it seems. 2 different companies had told me they could finance me, only to come back and ask for more, and more, and more documentation that I had already sent them, and to be surprised by things that I told them up front. I had to extend my contract date 3 times. I had almost given up, and my friend told me to give Kelcey a call. She took over, made all the arrangements, and closed the loan within 3 weeks. She was the only person I spoke to the whole time - from start to finish. I didnt have an agent, I was just using the seller's real estate company (BIG mistake!), so she spent countless emails and conversations explaining this and that and calling people on my behalf. And in the end, it turned out her original estimate was only 29 dollars different than the final figure (and the end was the cheaper one)! No surprises whatsoever! She explained the markets to me so that I could pick a good day to lock my loan, and I got a rate that was lower than either of the other companies that tried before. She saved the day by closing in time for me to get my first time buyer's tax credit! I love my house, and I hope I dont need another mortgage anytime soon, but I told my whole family about Kelcey and her office - and she is now working with them, too! I'm not sure if everyone gets the same attorney when they work with a bank, but the attorney she recommended, David Brenner, was also fantastic. He closed my loan at 8-o-clock at night so that I would not have to skip work and I could save my vacation days for moving. Terrific experience. read more

I recently closed a 15- year fixed rate loan with the Miami Beach, FL office. The Broker who handled my loan is named David Bolton. I received excellent service from David, primarily due to his efficiency and knowledge with the loan process from start to finish. I had worked with two different financial institutions before calling David. I found the other institutions to be cumbersome and inefficient in compiling info and exchanging info.
