We didn't have a buyer's agent yet, but liked her immediately, and tasked her with helping us find our "dream" home. We'd met plenty of agents on our own before, but they all were either pushy, needy, or kind of creepy in that Annette Benning in American Beauty "I'M GOING TO SELL THIS HOUSE" kind of way... Kelli was smart and honest, had thoughtful advice, met us all the time to show us houses in 9 different towns, and was extremely patient and encouraging. It took over a year, and she was fantastic throughout the entire process, which was often a nightmare, due to a sale falling through because of the seller at the last minute- literally, 4 days before closing the seller notified us she didn't hire movers after all, and would not be vacating the house- after granting her three extensions! Kelli was professional, helpful and supportive through the entire nightmarish hellscape of a process. We finally found our dream home in Wakefield, and are now selling out house in Wayland. We liked Kelli Cantillon so much that we've hired her to sell our house in Wayland, even though it's a bit of a hike from her office. We really couldn't be more pleased. * Edited to add the Wayland house had multiple offers within 48 hours, and we accepted one well over asking price!

There were many times where it felt like we were her only clients due to her dedication and commitment to our sale. She would usually stick around after visits or stay on the phone to get to know us better and reassure us every step of the way. I really can't say enough how much we appreciated her hard work and expertise. Had we not moved out of Massachusetts we would undoubtedly solicit her services for any future homesales or purchases. I cannot recommend Atiyeh and her team enough.

I suppose I should have been tipped off to this outfit when two different realtors gave me…read morecompletely contradictory information about the apartment they were trying to rent to me. Essentially, they fabricated another renter to make me feel pressured into signing a lease quickly. This, it turns out, was the most ethical thing they did. I leased an apartment in a two-family house from their sales manager. At the outset, I told him that a garage parking space was a priority for me. He told me to meet him at the office, not the property, and then asked me to drive to the property with him rather than follow him in my car. When we arrived, I met the upstairs tenant who, I later discovered, also rented through Exclusive. The day before I was to move in, I discovered that the driveway and garage were completely inaccessible, even for my subcompact. It turns out the tenant upstairs had terrible problems with the parking and nearly left because of it. The sales manager, knowing this, said absolutely nothing to me. When I asked him why, knowing how important the garage space was to me, he failed to disclose this, he said, "I figured she was just a complaining tenant." He had never met her or spoke with her before...never bothered to check for himself if her complaint was legit. He simply decided that any information that might dissuade me from renting and cause him to lose his fee was not worth relaying. I emailed the owners and sent them a detailed letter outlining the problem and never heard back from them. Then I met with the tenant upstairs and discovered why: it turns out the owner rented her apartment to her and, hearing her experience with the garage, said: "Well, the next time we show this place, we'll definitely have to tell anyone we show it to about the garage." This outfit will say and do anything to get their fee, then disappear the moment they have it. Do business with them at your peril.

Karen came highly recommended as she is very knowledgeable of the Market and Properties within the Essex & Middlesex Counties. I remember being anxious, because as you may know buying real-estate is never clear cut and can be over whelming. The experience was pleasant from the first time we sat with Karen. Karen really paid attention to our situation and explained with great detail any questions and concerns we had throughout the buying process. Karen is exceptionally good about answering phone calls, responding to emails and is always in touch with any information (good and bad). Karen is extremely honest and motivated and will show a variety of homes that interest you. Working with Karen, I did not feel pressured to buy the first property that crossed our path, instead felt at ease knowing someone was truly there to give great advice and guidance. Karen is very personable, courteous and friendly. Karen is a great listener and has great strategies when buying/selling homes. To this day, Karen and I stay in touch whether is to say hello to see how things are going or providing us with market updates/trends. There's no doubt if there's a time when we decide to sell our place to buy another, Karen will be getting a call from us!

We were looking for an agent who we could trust to help guide us through the process. Thankfully we found Karen, who came highly recommended to us by several of my husband's coworkers. We were in the market for a house at the beginning of the spring and given the price point we were interested in, houses were coming and going from the market within a few days. While it was at times stressful, I was amazed at Karen's dedication, responsiveness and willingness to meet with us and get us into properties as they came on the market. When we finally found what would one day be our house, Karen advised us through the bidding process (the same day the house went on the market!) and worked with the seller's agent to negotiate a sale that won us the house (there were multiple bidders!). As part of our offer, we had a long closing period and Karen keep in close contact with us throughout the duration and even connected us with home inspectors and mortgage brokers along the way. She was incredibly supportive and helpful - we couldn't thank her enough! Overall, Karen was a pleasure to work with and a wonderful buyer's agent. From the first time we met with her I remember feeling more at ease and confident with the process. She is truly knowledgeable about real estate and gives sound, objective advice. We still keep in contact with Karen and give her regular updates on the house. We would recommend her services to any of our family and friends and will absolutely be giving Karen a call when we decide to sell our home and buy another.

I had told Andrea I would not be available that weekend as I had other priorities. She wanted to get ahold of me though so she constantly called my roommates (who I had just listed as a reference on my apartment application, I didn't tell her she could contact them for any other reason) all morning asking them where I am. This was all because she wanted to get a check from me that Saturday and couldn't wait til Monday when I was both available and the banks would be open. I think she may be an addict of some kind based on that behavior. On top of that she was just rude and did not want to lift a finger. I am paying this person thousands of dollars to essentially just be a paperwork middleman, and I told her that I need specific language in my lease saying I can have a dog (the landlord agreed to this verbally so I just wanted it in writing). She just straight up told me she didn't want to do that because it was too much work. I'm sorry I asked you to do a teeny tiny amount of work for your insane paycheck Andrea.
