Was a 5, until they sold my loan. Mortgage Network was wonderful and made everything smooth and easy. The closing was a breeze. But now this. They sold it to a 1 star, shady loan servicer with terrifyingly horrible reviews, no accreditation at all, not even the Better Business Bureau. I had no idea this was even possible, and now I am stuck with a loan through a company that will likely harass me, mess up my escrow and mess up my payments. I would go to a bank directly next time. Deborah Lynn Bodnar was AWESOME. I frequently have heard horror stories about the home buying process, BUT Deb made everything so easy for us. Zero stress. We went into this process as first time home buyers and didn't really know what to expect.
