They helped with the logistics for the plastic the surgery, which would have been daunting without close contact with them. They are very caring and affirming. Dr. Larson and staff also made sure (and are still making sure) that I stayed healthy during the after care and post-op healing. Oh, I should mention the types of surgery that were done: Deep plane face lift, upper and lower eyelids, and brow lift. Now that I'm mostly healed, I've had one laser skin treatment that they offer through the Med Spa. When I called to cancel my follow up appointment, his staff was curt and dismissive and attempted to make me feel badly about cancelling.
