I've called several times and even in the office asked for the lady who schedules they said they would leave a message after 3 months of no answer I can assume I wasted 10k she also shaved the right side of my chin down too far so now the left side sticks out then when I bring it up she gives me every reason why not to fix her mistake. Tucson is so lucky to have her full time now since she left her practice in NY. I started seeing her over a year ago after moving from LA. I began with Filler, botox and a thread lift.
