MM is the third med spa I've visited in town and I'm so glad I didn't settle for one of the others. I learned about MM when I met a staff member, Jenny, at a local resort and she convinced me to come see what they were all about. Initially I was hesitant, but only because it's a 30 minute drive from my house. After not being completely satisfied at another place, I figured why not? First thing I love: Melisa and her staff are SO nice. Every single person is professional, caring, kind, helpful, and well educated. Second thing I love: Melisa takes pride in what she does and is incredibly talented. I've received multiple rounds of botox, multiple rounds of lip filler, and many lipo-b12 shots. I've never loved my results more. Melisa truly listens to you without judgment, respects what aesthetic goals you have, and, most importantly, she delivers beautiful results. Third thing I love: MM is very competitive price-wise. Although the "regular" prices are similar to other med spas, every month they run specials, and they aren't pushy about upselling. Unlike other med spas, I never feel pressured to buy anything. Melisa and her team are always honest in advising me which packages/products would work for me, and not selling me things that are unnecessary. Fourth thing I love: You can buy products and service packages and keep them in your "wallet" for future use. This included breaking things into partial usages! For example, MM ran a filler syringe special that made certain products very affordable. During one visit, I used 1/2 of a syringe in my lips, and was able to keep the other 1/2 in my "wallet". Of all the med spas I've ever been to, this has NEVER been an option...it's always an all-or-nothing requirement, which has never been desirable to me. All my b12 shots have been part of a package, and I just purchased a package for laser hair removal. Oh! And there was a flash sale for IPL treatments, so I sent them a message on Instagram (seriously) and they charged me, added it to my wallet, and I can schedule whenever I want. There are many options for the salt room, including group or private, and sound. We did a group and there are 5 beds, 4 people in total. When we walked in we were greeted and explained the process. They have coffee and water at the front. Then we were taken back to a small changing room and put robes on. You want as much of your skin as possible in order to absorb the salt air. I have lost 23 pounds in let's say two months.
