These guys will really gut punch you on move out day. They will fail to clean and fix the issues in…read morea property that existed before you moved in and then charge your security deposit for those issues after you move out. (I'd be willing to bet that if I asked for pictures of the property right now, they won't have actually fixed or cleaned any of the things they charged me for that were already there when I moved in like burnt wall sockets, and dirty window and door tracks.) Additionally, when you request they fix the complimentary washer and dryer, and they refuse because those appliances are complimentary, they will still demand those appliances stay at the property when you move out, even if you paid out of pocket to get them fixed. Their staff is nice, though.
