As the successor trustee to my dad's estate, and living out of town, I needed someone to help sell…read moreand clear his home prior to sale. There are a lot of things in life you only do once or twice, and the first time doing it can be a huge learning process because, well....it's your first time. A wedding, raising a child, buying your first home, picking your pokemon go team, etc. Well, going through your dad's home and preparing it for close of escrow is one of those things. THANK GOODNESS there are companies like Grasons Estate Sales. Initially, I reached out to my realtor to get their advice on what to do. They said they could help me find someone to just literally dump everything in my dad's house. It would have costed me $3500 to do so. But I thought that would be such a waste, as I wanted to sell or donate as much of the items as possible. That's where Grasons Estate Sales came in. Initial consult, they came through and looked through the home, explained their process, and gave their initial impressions. They come in a couple days ahead to prep the home...put up some tables to line up your items and stuff. Then, they run the estate sale in your home for a couple of days over the weekend and take a % of the sales. Then, they (optionally) can dump everything you don't want. Or, you can arrange something yourself. You just pay them for their time/labor. Essentially, you are using the proceeds from the sales to help offset the cost of clearing out the home. Turns out, I came out slightly ahead after everything was said and done! Imagine having to try to sell items by yourself. You know how flaky those Facebook marketplace people can be. It would take literally weeks/months to sell items yourself in the time Grasons Estate Sales took. So much time and headache averted! I'm totally satisfied with the job Grasons Estate Sales performed. As I mentioned earlier, I was out of town, so by the time the estate sale happened, I was already gone. So, we communicated via text for everything, and their PM, Sunshine, was on top of things to send me progress photos and receipts of the sold items. Oh, and they were honest enough to even tell me they found $7 in one of my dad's drawers, and returned that to me! Really chill and honest company. Couldn't recommended enough!

After all we went through together, they aren't just our trusted realtors, they are happily considered like a part of the family In dire straits, and needing desperate help when ordered to sell my Mother-In-Law's home by Probate, PM Realty's flyer thankfully caught my attention. You know when you just get that feeling that something was meant to be? Well, something told me there was true sincerity behind the promises being offered by PMR. We took the chance on them, and our gamble paid off in the end. Anything that could go wrong in this sale did. Unfavorable home inspection reports needing lots of costly renovations, the sudden death of my husband (the Executor of his Mom's Estate) causing last minute legal panic to avoid a foreclosure sale, and simply being unable to physically and mentally cope with the unfortunate situation we found ourselves in became too much to bear at times. Not only did Samuel and Steven work their magic on even finding a buyer for our La Verne home, but they went well above and beyond what I ever, ever expected... Even if that was just an ear to vent to or a shoulder to cry on. They were the voice of reason in the chaos, always reassuring us that they would never give up on achieving the best result for our family's present and future situation. What realtors that you know would offer to roll up their sleeves and physically help us clear out 60 plus years of overwhelming stuff from a 4 bedroom 1700sq ft home? And on their day off? I had offers from well meaning family and friends to help move, but promising and showing up are two separate things. Always positive, caring, compassionate, patient, honest, genuinely concerned, attentive to whatever needs arise, and well versed in the housing market, these gentlemen are true to their company name. You will definitely feel they have your best interests at heart, no matter your scenario. Sometimes, things don't go at all like we planned, but have faith that with Pure Motive Realty, Samuel and Steven have got your back.

I'm convinced that Brenda Geraci is the best real estate agent in Covina! We were somewhat in a…read morebind. My mother's health was ailing, and we needed to get her into an assisted living home ASAP. To do so, we needed to sell her house. It was November (with December rapidly approaching), and time was of the essence. I researched the top agents in the Covina area. Narrowed it down to the top 3 and interviewed the top two over the course of two days. We chose Brenda based on her professionalism, warm demeanor, and market knowledge. We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday. The craziest part about it was that Brenda's daughter was getting married that same Saturday we allowed agents/buyers in. She didn't skip a beat. It was miraculous! This was the first time I've ever sold a home, so I was very nervous. Though she had her own distractions in life, she didn't break stride. Brenda held my hand throughout the entire process and ensured my mom was taken care of as well (giving us referrals for movers, cleaners, etc.). If you're like me, over-researching realtors, STOP. Save yourself the time and go with Brenda!
