I've been renting from this property management coming for a little over 2 years, and I can honestly say that they're a pretty good company. When I first came to them I was a homeless vet, due to a DV situation, and single mom in grad school working with a local organization that was offering to pay my deposits. My credit was ok, at best, and they agreed to rent this unit to me so that my sons and I could have a place to start over. For this part alone, I can never be grateful enough. They're also pretty great when it comes to maintenance on the unit. Any time I've had an issue with anything needing to be fixed they've been really responsive. I have a brand new toilet, HVAC unit was replaced, and a brand new fridge. These things were replaced pretty quickly and with hassle. I can't speak to any move out processes as it haven't yet crossed that bridge with them, but I'm hoping it to be a pretty smooth process whenever that happens. read more

I would not recommend Re Max Infinity in Pace as a company to rent from. Based on my own experience, as well as many other reviews, you will likely never see your security deposit again. We were charged for anything and everything they could possibly think of- $150 for a/c coil cleaning, $300 pressure washing dirt outside, $100 for turning off utilities 2-3 AFTER we moved out ("bc the lease requires 5 days" - even though we had no access to the home), $345 in "minor" (but unexplained) repairs, $530 for cleaning, and a $75 charge for charging us $1500 or so. The vast majority of the items are general home maintenance items, however Remax seems to believe that renters must not only pay rent, but also cover the cost of completely maintaining the home. Jason also did not see an issue with the owner of the home going into our fenced in yard, unannounced, even though the back windows did not have blinds and we have young children. We have rented many homes and have never not gotten my security deposit back (or been nearly stalked by a homeowner) until now. We also own 2 homes that we rent out and would never charge our tenates for regular upkeep / wear and tear on our homes. This is a very unprofessional and unethical way of doing business. We got a house in worse condition with ripped mesh on a patio, dirty, no working lights leaking faucet. Repaired everything. Returned the house and it's best condition, so the agency rented out it immediately. They still charged for everything. We had an amazing realtor who left remax shortly after our purchase. We trusted remax after the purchase to manage the property after we got unexpected relocation assignments. What a mistake! Don't as an owner use them! Jason the broker is all about hiding when things go wrong. We have more than 2100 in repairs that we've seen so far since they allowed 11 people to move into our home on a septic tank. The point baker water co asked us how many pools were installed on the property to use so much water. The master was left with no blinds in the entry door ( they were there when we rented it ) the master bedroom has blinds that are inoperable that I was charged to fix. Ha! Jokes on us the owners again! Still don't have working blinds. Holes more than a foot deep in two places in our yard. The grass was not kept up. We have before n after photos too. Holes in walls , every single entryway and hallway has gouging in the drywall. The guest room had claw type holes I can't imagine who they happened. We are left as the owners to repair it all. The tenant got 100% of their deposit back ( remax sold them a house you see) we were left with ALL the repairs as owners. When Jason referred to me over and over again as her/she as if he didn't know my name, I left the situation. Nothing good was coming of it. He only came to the residence after we insisted he did. The response from Jason is sugar coated. "Despite being called names by you" haha! He wouldn't respond until we called the remax corp headquarters! My husband dismissed me as you repeatedly refused to address me by my name! He knew it wasn't going to be good for anyone! He nearly asked you and your arrogance to leave! As a renter, avoid this company. Several situations arose that merit a one star review. 1) My 18 month old son locked me out of the house. Husband was 40 minutes away. Called the office to see if I could pick up a spare key. Was told it was "against policy" to lend out the extra key. Meanwhile there were numerous hazards that could have resulted in serous injury to a baby. After multiple phone calls, crying and threatening legal action if my son got hurt....30 minutes later they brought the key. Safety should always be priority over policy. Especially considering I can't steal a key I already have access to? 2 We're military. Husband had orders to deploy overseas. Provided a letter from CO and notice to break lease. I guess they didn't believe us? They demanded a copy of orders. Our CO called the company to assure them the letter was signed by himself and legitimate. They in not so many words called the CO a 'liar' and still demanded a copy of orders. Florida law states military lease terminations only have to provide letter from commanding officer OR copy of orders, not both. Legally, this was not necessary and they were wrong. But we gave it to them anyway, just to prove none of us were 'liars'. 3) Place was left spotless. They deducted $$ for a broken toilet seat. By broken they must have meant it was off kilter or not aligned properly, because it was definitely not broken. As a matter of fact, during pre move-in inspection we annotated that that specific toilet seat wasn't secured properly yet we were charged regardless. Be prepared to pressure wash, fertilize the lawn, lay down mulch and do an assortment of things that leave the home in better condition than when you received it. Maintenance that the owner would normally be responsible for, is now yours. Good luck if you choose to rent with them. I tell everyone I can to avoid this company at all costs. read more

I only take time to write reviews to help others not go through the same horrific experiences I've experienced. If you're considering renting a property through this company, PLEASE read this. You will experience the following: - Upon renting a property, you will be dragged through a lengthy interrogation like process. - You will sign a one-sided contract that makes sure Remax does not have any fault for problems caused by Remax. - You will be required to pay for $25 overcharged air conditioning filters each month. You cannot avoid this charge. - You will be treated like a peasant by staff, including being made fun of and cussed out. - Any maintenance requests that affect your livelihood and quality of life will be treated as whenever they feel like fixing it and to use the cheapest most inconvenient service possible. - You will be blamed for damage to property obviously caused by a hurricane. - You will not receive any information of when maintenance crew will be there to work on maintenance requests. - You will be expected to drop everything you're doing to assist maintenance crew. In two separate instances I had to abandon work to come home to assist maintenance crew. This resulted in lost hours and penalties for my job. The best one... I was on a weekend getaway and had to stop my vacation to come back home. When confronting Remax Infinity staff about this, staff expected me to be at home 24/7 to assist maintenance crew. - Upon fulfilling requirements for move out process, spending thousands of dollars to clean house inside and out, providing receipts from recommended cleaning services in process defined in Rental agreement, Remax will just do it again for fun and charge your security deposit for it. If the above sounds like a good time, go for it. The security deposit they should rename to forfeited money. Even on their website they state that they very rarely refund a security deposit. This is how they make the majority of their money folks. If I had a time machine, I would go back and rent through another company. read more

I would rate them lower if I could. They never fixed water leaks, toilet had to be turned off due to a 280 water bill. They double charged me for cleaning. Withheld 700 from deposit to "replace blinds" and I have before and after pictures and the blinds were never in working order. I explained multiple times to them what needed to be fixed and they charged me after I moved out for cleaning even though I paid for professional cleaning and submitted the paid receipt. these people are scum bags and liars. don't rent from them unless you want to be screwed!!! also I moved out early and paid up through the end of my lease but they rented to someone else before my time was up so they illegally double rented the unit. these people are criminals. don't rent from them!!!!! read more

Wife and I had to move from Navarre because our owner was selling his house. We like Navarre but wanted a change. Navarre lacks restaurants and traffic is getting worse and worse. We started looking in Milton. We found a house available on a Saturday morning and working with Jessica at RE/Max we were able to have the whole process completed on Monday. WOW!!! Talk about easy peasy. Been moved in now for a little over a month and there have been a few issues at the house. They are super quick to respond and gets things fixed. Very professional. I would NOT recommend anyone do business with this company. They have raised the rental price to pay for air filters $20 per month. But you still have to replace them. That is a SCAM! The first 6 months of my lease the stove did not work properly but Too bad so sad was there attitude. I have to grade the dirt road coming into the place because no one else will. The girl at the front desk, when I went in to ask questions about the increase in lease amount said in a VERY SMART ASS way, that I should have paid more attention before I signed it. We are currently renting and have had no problems with Remax. They are quick to get to maintenance issues and we are not hounded by them in any way. I feel the reason others have issues is because they neglected to read their lease properly.
