There was water leaking from my ceiling and it took 4 phone calls before they finally sent someone over to look at the house. By then, there was severe water damage to the ceiling. Moving out was so easy we packed our stuff got the carpets cleaned (per the lease) they even provided us with a list of carpet cleaners that they have used and recommended which made it even easier on us! And then after they came and the inspection was short and sweet! Today we got our security deposit back in full and they even wrote us a nice note on the check saying "I hope we can be of assistance in the future, thank you". Which just really meant a lot. If you are military and are waiting for base housing I HIGHLY recommend looking for an apartment or home or even if you want to live off base in general, using this company!
