I went while on a shopping trip to help my mom shop for New Mexico souvenirs to take home to her friends. They have really cute jewelry, purses, scarves, cards. The clothing prices are high but everything else seems reasonably priced. There is actually a lovely greenhouse in the back and lots of great lawn & patio decor. The cute stuff for sale warrants 2 stars. 3 stars off for the shopping experience... I can sense when I am being shadowed at stores for security reasons rather than customer service reasons and felt a lot of eyes and tailing while browsing here. I think they thought we were shoplifting. It was super uncomfortable. No one approached us. I think it is because my mom asked for help when she noticed and then bought some items. After reading reviews on Yelp, my perception of my negative experience here is confirmed. In my experience this treatment is often connected to racial bias, but who knows? I was looking kinda ratchet; it was a "Mom hair don't care" and sweatpants sort of day so it could be a socioeconomic bias based on our general appearance. As a new mother who doesn't always find time to primp myself, I'm tired of having to justify being a decent member of society by dressing up for a shopping trip so that I'm not treated badly by customer service at a store. Perhaps they've had shoplifters in the past but they should really get cameras so they don't go around wrongly accusing people on a hunch as other reviewers mentioned. This sucks because I'd really like to go back for some plants and a really awesome Talavera pottery. I may take some adoring fans, put on my classiest outfit, ask for help immediately on arrival, flash wads of cash in their faces, and make my shopping intentions clear Selena/Pretty Woman style. Love Traci's Greenhouse! There's lots of items to shop for for every season. I just remember their fast, courteous service. Traci came out to my house during the pandemic and planted flowers in all my beds and talavera pots. I have a great time shopping there all the time. Every employee is busy all the time, but lingers where they are working to see if you need help. It's a business plan! The faster people can help you, the faster you'll make your purchase, or go looking for more items! Traci has a phenomenal business and welcomes everybody! read more

Love the store! It's such a cute and unique gem in Clovis. The owner is very helpful and we appreciate her always being so personable and accommodating. The only reason I'd give 4 stars instead of 5 is just that a couple of the employees (at no fault to the owner) have a very snooty attitude which was frustrating. All in all though a wonderful place to browse and find unique gifts, fun toys and cute clothing. read more

The owner of the store accused a woman of shoplifting on 16 October. The individual browsed through the store waiting for her friends, and proceeded next door to Coffee Bistro to get something to drink, and was accused shortly after meeting with her friends. The police were called, but the officer cleared her of any wrongdoing because he could find no evidence that she stole anything. The owner decided to ban the woman anyway. Completely unprofessional behavior on the part of the owner. She deleted her business page on Facebook because of the backlash. read more

Each of the three times I went in they were rude and followed me around like I was a thief. I'm a carpenter and dress like one. The thing that prompted me to write this review however is I just was in there and none of three female employees at front were wearing masks and the owner wasn't wearing a mask either. One employee said she would put one on if I was uncomfortable. I told them they were dumb and I wouldn't be back. If they don't have enough courtesy for their customers to wear a mask I don't need to do business with them. I am high risk age category! Sad! All there seemed in the highest risk age group of potential asymptomatic. read more

This place is amazing. We were just passing through town and decided to stop for a meal. Muddy's cafe inside traci's greenhouse was absolutely incredible. The food, the service, and the chef were top notch. We also stopped into Traci's store and found really great, high quality toys and gifts. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Note that the address is incorrect! It's on Mabry Street/Hwy 60 next adjoining Coffee Bistro. If you find it, it's worth a visit for the great selection of lawn and garden ornaments and planters, along with some fun clothes and a few toys. I liked the different options but the customer service was poor. I felt unwelcome the second I walked in. Three females at the front looked up and I smiled and didn't get a reaction back. No greeting. Nothing. After walking around for about 20 minutes a lady told me about the different plants available inside and outside. She seems really nice. I bought a few plants and checking out was really awkward. I asked a lady up front of they had a specific product and she asked another girl. The girl shook her head no to the Lady who asked like I wasn't even standing there. It's kind of sad actually. I'm all about supporting local stores but I think I'll be okay going elsewhere. Not only is the location less than desirable, but they are also rude. I will pass on to the entire community, starting with yelp, that this is not a place you want to be. Such a nice town and you would think that a local business would know how to value customers, not the case. I am also familiar with a situation where they accused a wonderful group of military spouses of shoplifting?!
