Prior to working with Yonette, we had attempted to sell to a government entity that we thought would want the land, and they had declined. With Yonette's help, we reengaged with that same entity and they ended up being the buyer. Now, that land is now part of a wildlife corridor! Im sure his style, tone and attitude works with a lot of people but didnt work for me. Ive spoken with 3 other brokers including from Primelending - Mark, Vantage - Yumi and the experience was night and day. He had the lowest rate at 2.5 but until you really dig deep into the costs etc you wouldnt really know if that was the lowest. I didnt care to proceed after a few short conversations.

I had considered myself a very good researcher in terms of what was available, so I was always pleased when she would suggest a home or a location that I hadn't already researched. When it came time to finally buy our home, we ran into some snags but Elena was great.
