The craft beer list was a great start, but the pizza was simply a master work. The Mortazza from the Chef's Specialties with buffalo mozz, mortadella, pistachio pesto, crushed pistachio, virgin olive oil and basil was not only a one-of-a-kind blending of sublime flavors, the creation as a whole was luscious. The flavors and textures: out of this world.
And the staff were warm, caring, delightful. I had other great, great pizzas on this five-za' trip, but this pizza fantasia was the pinnacle of innovation, craft, and sheer, sheer excellence.
