We love our new bathroom from Re-Bath!!! Ben,Naomi, and Roberto and his partner were all very professional and courteous. The job was finished in less than 2 weeks. Started on a Monday and finished the following Wednesday! We had our shower and vanity re-done as well as removed a wall and added a door. It's like showering in a fancy suite at a Las Vegas strip hotel. We never want to get out and our cats love the new vanity as well lol. I highly recommend Re-Bath for any bathroom remodel jobs. Today online I requested an estimate for a walk-in shower remodel. About one hour later a Re-bath Rep called me back and started taking my information. However, when I explained that my wife would not be available for the estimate. The rep told me she could not schedule an estimate if my wife couldn't attend. I'm a 20yr retired USAF MSgt. EPIC FAIL!! Word of warning. Be careful of who you hire and be sure to force them to show you a drawing/picture of what everything will look like. If I could give one zero stars I would. It is one star ONLY due to Adam who is the only one who knew what he was doing. On our initial meeting, I specifically stated we wanted a FRAMELESS shower. What was supposed to take ONE WEEK, took SIX WEEKS. Our salesman Anthony told us he would be stopping by throughout the installation. Right. Not once. Oh, the installation was completed in a week, however, the shower pan was not level and puddles of water were pooling on the end of the pan furthest from the showerhead. SO...five more weeks. The guy came to measure for the shower glass, but because the shower pan was installed improperly, we asked Re-Bath to hold off on the glass cutting until after the pan issue was resolved. That was ignored. We had a barrage of people in and out of the house, including someone to refinish the pan with epoxy which would totally stink up our whole house. The higher ups came through also. Everyone stated it was an installer error. FINALLY, Adam came to look at the pan. He said oh, no. This is not right. He spent 8 hours in our home taking out the bench and lifting up the pan and placing wedges under it to assure the water was draining properly. He did not leave until he was sure it was perfect. Then came time for the glass. Because nobody listened, the glass had already been cut, but due to the pain being corrected, the glass had to be done all over again. Another 10 day wait. And $5000.00 that Re-Bath had to eat. The glass was installed and it was not frameless. Needless to say, ONE of us is so displeased after spending $22,000 +, that the guest bathroom is being used as a permanent bathroom for one of us, which is fine. It serves it's purpose and although the master bath is not being used by us both of us at least one can enjoy the large shower. Beware of exactly what you want. read more

We were looking into the possibility of getting our old and unsightly bathrooms completely remodeled when we came across Re-Bath and decided to schedule an appointment. Eric from Re-Bath came to our home and showed us samples of what our new bathrooms could look like. Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. After spending time with Eric looking at all the different selections Eric showed us, we chose new showers and new shower heads, new sinks and new faucets, new vanities and new vanity mirrors, new toilets, and new flooring. Eric made selecting our new bathroom an exciting and fun experience without any pressure or rushing us into any immediate decision making. We then went out and selected new medicine cabinets and new lighting fixtures to be installed; over the new vanity mirrors. Janice, the coordinator with Re-Bath was very professional, helpful, and friendly; she did an amazing job scheduling and keeping us updated. Roberto and Christian were among the crews sent out, there were other men but unfortunately I cannot recall all their names. I was completely impressed that they were all not only friendly but also highly skilled, very professional, knowledgeable and were great to work with. Their work was excellent and their clean-up at the end of each day was complete and excellent as well. We believe the pricing was fair and transparent - definitely a great value for the money. Their product quality was consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations! Everything has been working out great and Re-Bath was prompt with responding to any questions or concerns we had. Choosing Re-Bath was a wonderful experience for us. They are very professional, knowledgeable, competent, and patient with our questions and concerns. They were all extremely helpful and kind when we wanted to adjust our orders. In our honest opinion, Re-Bath is a genius at what they do. Their products are top-notch, and they love their jobs, but more importantly. they love their clients! We especially love the self-closing toilets; we just tap the lid and they slowly close. I scheduled an appointment through Lowe's to have my bathtub replaced and new tiles, fixtures, etc. installed. On 5/19/22 a salesman (Tracey?) from Re-Bath arrived an hour early. He seemed angry about his position, my house, my dog barking at the door, or me not being filthy rich. He was rude. He took one look at my standard 28" bathtub (that needs replaced) and said "I apologize for wasting your time, but, what I'm going to do here is going to cost you $15,000.00" and that "I should hire a contractor through Lowe's," which is how he got to this point. He again apologized for wasting my time and left disgusted. The meeting was around 3 minutes long. I purchased a new bathtub, acrylic tiles/panels, fixtures, etc. from Reborn Bath Solutions for $14,627.00 the following day. First off I hold Lowes responsible for their strong recommendation and support of this company. Rebath wasted a lot of time trying to get me to spend 30k on a small bath remodel, even throwing in the "fact" I have mold growing behind the walls to justify the expense. After haggling I settled for an overpriced Vanity, mirror and light all installed by an under resourced tech (forgot to bring this and that...) He managed to Macgyver things together so the end result was adequate. Weeks later I found another vendor to install the shower, warned him the expert from rebath had a fancy gizmo that revealed mold in the wall. He tore things apart only to reveal none, notta. No mold, spots, water damage whatsoever. He did the job for a fraction of the cost. Rebath was deceptive even fraudulent and Rebath was unprofessional and should be held to account for their actions. Obviously I won't be using Rebath again and unfortunately Lowes has lost me as a customer for being in bed with these people. read more

The 3 Rating is for the Company not the Installer Arturo. Arturo gets a 5+. Rebath has serious internal issues. Get everything in writing, down to the smallest detail. Get a list of what they do and don't do, like mold remediation. Rebath doesn't do mold remediation even though we were told by Lindsey our Sales Person "they'll do whatever needs to be done". Cost was reasonable. Product were good except the first tub. First tub was defective. We kept complaining and the PM Adam final agreed the tub has a flaw. read more

I know this because I asked to be sure I heard her right, and I said to my husband that 30k was as much as a car, and I couldn't believe they were asking that for a simple shower upgrade. Trying to edit the facts, or to gaslight me, is just another thing to add to the list as to why I would never do business with Re-bath. They said the manager has special and gives me a sheet with 6 persons name's for me to call and see if they thought re bath did a great job. For everyone I called, I would get $100 off. So I called. I am very concerned because after Stania coming to our home and telling us the process that the shower would be removed and the process would take 2 days. It has been 9 today and it is still not done. We were also told that if they pulled out the shower and there was any issues behind the shower, such as mold, damage, etc, it would be fixed at their expense. This is not how it is. They told us there was mold and we needed to call mold remediation company to our home to fix the issue because the wood was too deteriorated beyond their scope of work and if they continued it would void our shower warranty. Of course, we had someone come in. We had two people tell us there was no mold and the wood was deteriorated from water damage and that did not mean mold was present. We further did a home mold test, which was recommended. The mold test after 72 hours has no growth as a positive reaction to mold being present. We had a quote to remove and replace the wood, which is highly expensive. This seems to be the reason why Reborn did not want to fix it. We feel they should fix the damage and continue with their services, but are they trustworthy. Will they put the shower in and not fix the wood properly because it is beyond their scope of work. I am unhappy with our decision to go with this company since they don't do what they say and we have a shower removed and uncompleted 9 days later. They were sooooo expensive. Stay away there sales person will tell you they will install what ever you want or buy. But they don't. My wife is a newly paraplegic and we used them for a reno for the shower. We were told that it would be a zero threshold shower. And they would install the voice control system I bought. They did not. I had to call and pay someone else to do the electrical work and then fight with there boss about installing the unit. They showed up as they had scheduled on time and ready to work. The install was for two bathrooms and was suppose to take 5 days. They were very professional and courteous. They completed the master in 2 days and we were able to use on the 3rd day. The other was started in the 3rd day and was completed on the 4th. We went to Lowes to look for a bathroom/shower designer. They told us they work with Rebath. They scheduled a home estimate for us for Monday at 10am. My husband works from home so it made it easier to be available since they ask for both spouses to be present. We planned accordingly, but a quarter to 10 the person called and said she was going to be 1/2 hour late. We sat for 30 minutes doing nothing because my husband had told at work that he had to stop at 10am. When she showed up I asked what happened, she said "nothing, the problem is that I come from far away." Then I said, "Oh, you didn't plan ahead." She probably did not like my comment. So she started the presentation that was supposed to last 90 minutes! We told her to measure the bathroom and give us a price. She started talking bad about the "guy in the truck" the average professional who comes over and works by himself. Then she started talking bad about "do-it-your-self" after my husband said that he was planning to do it himself but didn't have time. She put him down. Then she went in my bathroom to measure the shower and closed the door. I asked her "do you need to use the restroom?" She opened the door and said "No, I need to take measurements", then I said "You know it's only the shower, right?" but she closed the door on my face. She stayed inside my bathroom for a while and that really bothered me because I don't know what she was doing there. After we told her that we did not have too much time to go over her laptop presentation telling us how good the company is, she went in the car and picked up some samples. We picked the samples in 30 seconds because we knew what we wanted. It was only a shower! She put the information in the computer and gave us a price of $18,400.00!!! Only for a shower! She never offered us a veteran discount, but she said that if we changed our minds we can call the company again and mention her name and get a discount. And the reason why we called Rebath was because someone else priced $5,000.00 and we thought it was too much... I should have read the reviews before I allowed this person in my house. Instead it was this bimbo at a call center following an algorithm with a bunch of person and assuming questions like what's your work schedule, what's your wife's work schedule etc......well I'm retired and I'm single and it's a bunch of unnecessary information because she doesn't schedule ANYTHING! So it's already going to be multiple calls and multiple descriptions of the job and personal info they don't need! I'm not spending 10-15 minutes talking to someone who has nothing to do with the company other than getting paid in a call center to forward the information to someone else! When I asked her to just have someone call to set up an appointment she insisted it was questions she's was told to ask and again "OFF AN ALGORITHM SHEET!" Not looking for an assembly line treatment! Had a tub to shower conversion plus new toilet installed about 6 months ago. Was originally quoted a 2 month out start time, but project was started a couple of weeks early. Celene was our sales representative. Janice was our project leader. Both had constant communication with me. Arturo and Kyle did the work. They completed the project in only 2.5 days, and that was with some major complications. Price was 2-3 times more than if I hired my own contractor and purchased all the parts... but well worth the extra dollars. I got a long term loan with reasonable interest rate making the project very affordable. Plus most of the items installed were designed and manufactured just for ReBath. I would not have been able to purchase these high quality items On Line or through a Home Depot or Lowes. After 6 months of constant use everything still looks and works like new. There was he did a good job good communication between workers supervisor and myself. The work was good quality but it was somewhat slow and the scheduling and we're always late it seemed. My wife does not care about home projects like this and defers to me on all of it. Vicki claimed it is company policy that the spouse must be present for the meeting. I write all the checks for our family and have never run into this type of policy before. I have upgraded our entire home without my wife being involved. This was a first for me. It took about one week to complete once construction commenced. When one of the bathtubs was demoed to my horror I noticed a significant termite issue, but Re-bath was there to help and they corrected the issue with no additional cost. read more

I was referred to this company from Lowes I waited three weeks for them to come out and give me an estimate to redo my shower. The day before the appointment they called and specifically said make sure I am home because the sales rep is coming all the way to my house? I am formed him I would be my appointment was at 10:00 AM. At 10:03 AM I got a call that the sales rep would not be coming. If the sales rep doesn't even show up how can you expect the contractor to show up. Fortunately in the three weeks they gave me to wait for them to come I was able to get other bids. Now I completely understand things come up and people have to cancel. However for something to come up after the time you were supposed to be here that's ridiculous. I guess I'm glad they're so busy that they don't have time for my business good for them! I'll be sure to let Lowe's know why I'm not using their contractors in the future. read more

We finally decided to renovate our master bathroom, and sat down for the Re-Bath presentation in November 2020. It took a little over 2 hours, but we chose the materials, and liked the design, tub-to-shower conversion, and the idea of seamless, groutless walls. Of course, there was some significant sticker shock, but that is to be expected with a bathroom renovation. Our installation was scheduled for the first week of February. Initial installation in February went fine. Installation was estimated for 4 days, but it did take 6 very long, loud, dusty days to get the job done. Then, we needed to wait another 10 days for the custom glass. We knew this would be inconvenient, but manageable. Things seemed to be moving along, so at the end of the 6-day installation, we decided to pay our total balance. We thought it would be most convenient. The check was cashed. This was our mistake. During the time before receiving the glass, we started noticing small flaws in the shower wall material--like bubbles from where it was heated and bent. We also started noticing that there was damage to the laminate floor panels--like some of the panels had been sliced when they were being unpacked. When I contacted Re-Bath, they told me that the materials could be replaced. They sent someone out and took pictures, and told us that the shower wall material was now on backorder, blamed COVID, and told us they would let us know when it came in. Fast forward to mid-March. An installer brought the shower materials, but had been given the wrong measurements. He didn't have enough of the material to replace the damaged portion. He also didn't seem to know anything about the sliced floor panels, so he took more pictures. A month, totally wasted. And yes, the materials were on back-order again. Now to April. In early April, the floor panels were replaced, but still no usable shower. When I called, the second set of replacement materials had "just come in," and they were installed in the middle of the month. The installers forgot to seal some corners, but I knew they would be able to finish that up during the glass installation. When the truck pulled up with the glass, we were so excited. When they opened the back of the truck, there was clearly a problem. The bottom of the glass had shattered in the truck on the drive over. As my husband sarcastically stated, "It's a good thing we paid so much extra for the thicker, shatter-proof glass." I never heard ANYTHING from Re-Bath, and was so furious, I waited another week before checking to see if new glass was on its way. I got a one-sentence reply saying that it had been ordered and they were waiting for delivery. Finally, in late April, the glass was installed. The seams were sealed. After 12 weeks with no master shower and headache after headache, we were finally done. Working with Re-Bath was a monumental mistake. Communication and care throughout this experience was absolutely terrible. We should have been at the top of every priority list and rush order they had. I believe the only reason this project ever got finished was because I continued to contact them, and insist that they correct all of their mistakes. But, we had already paid. The check was cashed. The idea of getting decent service with their "lifetime warranty" is a joke. We feel like absolute suckers. This is what you get for $31,000--and we still have to re-paint! read more
