From beginning (picking out cabinets, counter tops, hardware and backsplash) to end (installing the beautiful backsplash and cleaning up, everyone at DMR was helpful, clear in their answers, professional and efficient. DMR is a family run business and have been around for over 20 years. Their expertise is evident. We couldn't be more happy with our new kitchen or with the work that was done! The demolition team took extra care in dismantling the cabinets and counter tops, so that all the cabinets and most of the counter tops were able to be used by someone fitting out an apartment. Don't buy this without knowing the quality of the material, and how it is put together on site. It…read morewas presented as a 3/4 inch panel. The top was smooth and felt like stone. So, we thought thats what we were getting. Once I saw the flimsy panel,I asked the guys to stop. I spoke to their Mgr. Keith and he explained that thats the material they use. I forwarded a video of the panels that were presented to us and he explained that it is a 3 part process. The first part is the sheetrock,then the glue mixture and then the flimsy material called Dura Bath on top of that. So, he insisted that i actually got what was presented to me by Adam. The main point of all this is the wall material was so thin it would have made great wall paneling in the 60's. The techs were able to cut it with a knife. It looks so cheap! I asked to speak to Adam's Mgr, Scott. He called me back and repeated the same explanation of the 3 part product. I said it was not what we were lead to expect from Adam. I have reviewed many of the 91 reviews on this company, its installers and the design representatives. I do not see any that mention Adam did a good job. I asked Scott if there were any customers having problems like this. He said no, now I have been in Marketing for a large corporation for over 25 years and no one can make that claim with an straight face. The salesperson Adam, made a great showing of the work to be done and the materials that were to be used. We signed and paid in full $16,000 dollars in May 2025. Half went to Home Depot, I guess for referring them to me. He was insistent that we pay the exact same day he showed us the product. Claiming we would lose out on a 10% discount from Home Depot. Now, we have no recourse. We broke that rule by paying up front. The technicians are terrific, showed up early and worked dilligently the whole time. Plumbing was done, claw foot tub removed and disposed of. Board & batten removed to make room for the wall install. We are currently waiting for the technicians to return to finish the installation of the cheap looking shower wall.

EVERYTHING went well! Granite Choice had THE BEST selection of stones in the entire area(better…read morethan Colonial, Suburban and Costco put together). I did Quartz for both countertop and backsplash. Stephan was FANTASTIC to work with. After they were templated, I went back with Stephan's expertise and we laid the templates right on the stone so when the pieces were expertly installed there were no surprises. Stephan made what was a scary process for me easy and exciting. Granite Choice did the job quickly, at a great price point and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I feel so lucky to have found this place and so will you. I enthusiastically recommend Granite Choice
