He mentioned he was using a new product and said he wanted to stop by the following week to check on how it performed, but that follow-up never happened. He also advised me that I would need a special pH-neutral car wash for the ceramic coating. When I reached out to arrange that wash, he was unresponsive. After three attempts to contact him, he responded that he was out of the country but provided no information about when he would return or whether he could complete the job, and I have not heard back since. At this point, I'm not even sure if he's still in business. While the actual work was 5-star quality, the lack of communication and follow-through afterward really soured the overall experience and brought the rating down for me.

I recently visited one of the best car washes I have experienced so far! They come very close to…read moreperfection, with just a few exceptions. Previously, I visited this car wash during rush hours when it was extremely busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes for a tunnel wash. This time, I went around 4 PM, and they truly took good care of my car. It was my first time trying the exterior tunnel wash for $10, but fortunately, I had the chance to experience the full service this time. First and foremost, the staff was polite and smiling throughout the entire encounter. They did not give me any attitude or speak negatively in Spanish when I pointed out some imperfections, such as visible dirt, dust, and debris left on the car after the wash. Upon my arrival, I learned that the basic car wash for a sedan costs $39 and takes up to 40 minutes. This is a reasonable price, and given that timeframe, I expected my car to be spotless. In contrast, other car washes have rushed my vehicle through in just 5 minutes, resulting in it coming out dirty and dusty. When I received my car, it was clean overall, but as a picky customer, I noticed some visible dust and debris. On the downside, I would prefer if they didn't place dirty rags on the car seats or reuse them to wipe the dashboards. The microfiber cloths they used left behind additional dust. Moreover, there was still some dust on the dashboard near the window that I had to clean off when I got home. Because of these issues, I give them 4 stars. Overall, I am very pleased with the service compared to other car wash locations. I will definitely return unless I find a better option.

We brought in the easy one first, my husbands. When we picked it up it looked and smelled brand new. The next day we brought in the challenge, my car. It had been through some things. A can of paint had been spilled in it and cleaned up, but not well. Hay had been transported in it, muddy dogs had jumped in and out of it, a crate of pigs had driven in the back, two pygmy goats had ridden with the seats down...we were worried! But there was absolutely no reason to be concerned! When we picked it up, there was no sign (or smell) of livestock, no remnants of hay, no more muddy dog paw prints, and there is no way anyone would ever guess a gallon of paint had been spilled. It looked brand new. My only regret is that we didn't find Taj detailing sooner.
