I stopped by Party Vegas last minute to grab balloons and decorations, and honestly, it was a…read morepretty disappointing experience. I purchased two large number balloons and 10 individual balloons, which came out to almost $60. As soon as I walked out of the store, two of the balloons popped. I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to go back in. Then, within 30 minutes of arriving at my destination, one of the number balloons had completely deflated. After checking it, I noticed it had a small tear. At that point, I was already too far to go back, but it was frustrating considering how much I spent. I honestly wish I had just ordered from Amazon instead. The store itself didn't help the experience either. It was messy, unorganized, and felt cluttered walking in. The decorations were very outdated and not what I expected--especially for something like a retirement setup. The employees were just okay. There was a lot of side conversation going on instead of helping customers, although I will say one gentleman who assisted me was helpful and professional. I'm not someone who usually leaves one-star reviews or asks for refunds, but I wouldn't recommend this place--even for last-minute decorations.

Pricing is hard to find unless you ask staff. Even then, prices are outrageous! 15 dollars for a low quality "happy birthday" sign made out of thin cardboard?! $20 for a single "big" balloon?! Im surprised they aren't out of business yet. Besides the horrendous pricing, they have zero, and I mean ZERO signage about no returns. Only seen on receipt on the far bottom AFTER purchase. Apart from that, they ignored our requests and questions after asking for a refund, refusing to acknowledge it after blantly telling us no. The bag of goods wasn't even past the front door, untouched and in pristine condition. Pretending to be "busy" with another customer. Never going back here, nor do I recommend anyone go here.
