Within 3weeks the screen started to go dark, by the time I tried to return the phone it was past 4weeks although they had given me a warranty for 1yr they point blank refused to even look at the phone unless I paid another £35.!! They were rude and and extremely unprofessional in the way they handled this matter so much so that I have also reported this shop to the Wandsworth trading Standards unit!!
