I was stuck in the UK without an adapter for my MacBook Air (yes, I'm an idiot) and this crowded little store had them for less than the price of my firstborn son. Seriously Apple, WTF is up with your exorbitant hardware prices? So I was able to save the day (and keep my job) with the help of the slightly overwhelmed, but generally nice, CeX staff. Yes, they'll hit you up to join their club or whatever corporate has them peddling, but they're forced to do that so I wouldn't hold it against them.

Most of their services are handled by a call centre and…read moreso I had to phone in into their call centre whilst being in the shop which took a certain amount of time waiting on the phone. They do not seem to have any or much jurisdiction on after sales service in the shop itself which leads me to think I wasted my time going in when I could have just done it at home.
