EE at Westfield Stratford City is a truly exciting and innovative branch of the UK's largest mobile phone network, owned by BT. This is truly different from any branch I've seen throughout London or even the UK for that matter, and this new store concept is fairly cool and refreshing compared to the typical EE store which hasn't changed for years, back when T-Mobile and Orange merged to form EE and introduce the 4G network to the UK.
The store is huge for EE standards, the colour scheme is slightly greyed out but all in all is pretty cool, they have modern tweaks to the decor to promote the upcoming 5GEE (Even though the technology is controversial, a long way off yet and no phones currently support it) as well as the network and store all together.
They have multiple phones on display and other devices, making this truly a good technology store, the concept overall is pretty cool.
The staff were pretty hit and miss, none of them seemed overly helpful or friendly.
More could be done however to promote deals EE are offering and prices on handsets, I personally find EE to be one of the more expensive networks especially compared to 3, who I am currently a customer with.
4* for a modern and cool store which should be an example to other EE stores on how to improve, even those which might be busier and in better locations such as London - Oxford Street. read more
