I come by next day to get the phone and they're randomly closed at 2pm. Don't answer their phone. Go again next day and guy says my phone's home and power buttons don't work. I had been using the phone for two years without any issues before handing it to them, and he accuses me of having handed them a broken phone. Wants me to pay £25 (cost of battery replacement) for them to have ruined my phone. When I refuse to pay he threatens to kick me out of the shop (without my phone) and gets abusive. For all I know they've given me back someone else's malfunctioning parts. They offer no help to repair, just accuse me of lying and get really nasty. In the end he forced me to pay £10 or he wouldn't let me have my phone back. And now I can't use my phone at all (I can't even turn it on) and will have to pay someone else lots more to fix what they messed up. Really awful, horrible, unpleasant experience. I never get in situations like this and always treat people with respect assuming they're trustworthy individuals - these guys are dirty liars and scammers. As I stood fighting with him in the shop another customer came in and said he'd messed up her mother's phone the week before. In the end she decided not to use his service anymore, and I recommend you stay clear, too. Really sad to write this review. If they'd messed up they could have so easily offered to fix their own mistake instead of just shouting and calling me a liar. Nasty people.
