The gentleman was SOOOO patient with me on my options, what I was smoking, what smoker I have, what I am buying, and most of all was VERY honest. I felt awful asking every dumb question, and then some, in the book, but he made me feel fine, welcome, and encouraged every step of the way. Other reviews stated only cash, and that isn't true. I paid cash, but they also took cards. I couldn't recommend Southbay Firewood BBQ and Charcoal enough. Trust me, I'll be back. Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish!…read more I highly recommend Travers' Tree Service for any major landscaping needs. I hired them for a massive, full-day job that involved reducing and shaping four large ficus trees and removing a 30' x 6' plumbago hedge, and they handled it flawlessly. The owner, Brad, met me for a walkthrough and provided a competitive quote the next day, while Evelyne and Stephanie in the back office offered high-quality communication to get me scheduled just a few days later. The crew arrived right on time and was incredibly professional, with their foreman, Martin, being especially helpful throughout the day. They did an amazing job, cleaned up the yard perfectly, and left me completely satisfied with the results. I would absolutely use Travers' again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service!
