My questions were all handled in a kind and timely manner. I had no idea what I was getting into purchasing an EV charger and what went into it but I was guided by EE every step of the way. The workers showed up on time and ready to get my project done. They were also kind and treated my home with respect. They communicated with me and finished the job spotlessly! I am so glad to have found an excellent electrician to work with in the future as well as for this specific project. Would highly recommend Elemental Electric to anyone looking for a high quality electrician who is responsive, knowledgeable, and kind! Thank you EE team!

I responded explaining which areas of our home and yard I wanted lights installed. Lateasta obtained a satellite view of our home, circling in red what she understood I wanted. It was like she read my mind. What she circled was exactly what I described. Paid the deposit, secured an install date and time frame of 2pm-4pm. The 3 installers showed up at 2:25pm, organized and ready to roll. The guys were super friendly and engaging. Our lights were put up in no time, and absolutely perfectly! We could not be happier with the communication, efficiency, expedience and quality of work. We are now loyal customers and look forward to using other services they offer.

Apparently I had used incandescent lightbulbs and they often don't make full contact in this type of lamp. So I was charged nothing for the time it took Brass Candle to determine the problem. I was very impressed. The shop keeper could have just kept my lamp for a week or so and charged me to fix a lamp that wasn't even broken. Kudos to Brass Candle for being honest.

Getting the quote was quick and she explained all of our options and what work would be done to complete the lights. We got quotes from 4 other companies and by far this was the most professional company who came out. We had 2 quotes that came in lower, but the product, warranty, and/or customer service didn't come close to Trimlight NW. Permanent Holiday lighting isn't cheap and we wanted to ensure the most life out of the investment as we could. Trimlight NW came HIGHLY recommended by multiple neighbors in our community and not one had a single bad thing to say about their experience and the service. We will absolutely be recommending Trimlight NW to friends, family, and more neighbors! The primary purpose of coming here was we were looking for Happy Lights, a kind of light that kind of puts a person in a better temperament while the gloomy and gray weather is settling in for the season. This store apparently used to carry them but they no longer do. We tried a few different places in fact and these items were not in stock. So alas an online purchase is in order. But despite not finding exactly what we wanted we did find some cool and interesting looking lights to reference and get future ideas for at our home that isn't Happy Light related. So in that regard this stop didn't seem like a waste of time despite no item availability for what we were looking for. We did ask for assistance for what we wanted...and the staff was more than helpful and friendly to assist us with our inquiry.
