And the front desk is not very friendly. The doctors seem to be offering only surgery as an option, which I guess is understandable as that is what they are trained to do. However, it would have been good to offer physical therapy as a way to possibly resolve my issues before just jumping to not one, but two surgeries, and then only to say that because of the surgeries my arthritis is now much much worse. Not happy with the outcome.

I showed up and they said not to worry they would get me into it because they had no idea why it was cancelled. I left an hour later because they still didn't get me into the appointment. Before I left they assured me they would refund the co-pay they charged me. They didn't do that of course. I went to the Chicago Rush for my appointment but had to drop off my imaging CD at Munster. They told me it would take 10-15 minutes and left 45 minutes later. Morons work the front desk and that says something about the office! If you can get past them it might be good but they could care less at the front desk! The worst part is I had to listen to their stupid nonsense stories while they sat around doing nothing for something that my 10 year old can do in 5 minutes.

My wife had seen her a few months ago…read moreand Dr. Nancy gently popped her rib back in place, something none of the doctors in the ER could do. This brought huge relief to my wife so I decided to give her a try as well. I've had this neck pain since January 2022 and tried seeing my regular doctor but I was prescribed muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory drugs. I did try them but the pain just came back, or actually, it never went away, the pain was just masked by the drugs. I can't live on those so I rode it out and took ibuprofen every once in a while to help ease the pain. Lately it has gotten worse so I decided it was time to seek real help. Upon arrival I was greeted by some very nice, professional ladies at the front desk. I was seated for just a few minutes and someone came out to get me. We ventured back to the x-ray room and talked about what was wrong with me and took some x-rays. Doctor Nancy came in and we went over my issues, she listened very attentively and showed that she genuinely cared about my problems. She took a peak at the x-rays as we discussed different options/services that we could explore at her office and then we changed rooms for my first adjustment. Doctor Nancy used this tool, it can be seen in her YouTube videos, she did not adjust me like my previous chiropractor did. He used his hands and I was super uncomfortable and felt like I was about to die each time he made an adjustment to my neck. Long story short, that guy hurt me one day and destroyed my trust. So, as you can imagine, I was very relieved when I found out she was using a little tool for my adjustment. Although, at first, when I saw the little tool, I was a bit skeptical, lol. I wasn't sure that was going to do the trick for me or not. We carried on, she did the adjustment with the tool, and it took no time at all. Immediately, I felt a little relief from my nerves being pinched. I made my next appointment and said goodbye until next time. I was a little light headed driving home. When I did get home, I had an overwhelming urge to go to sleep, and i did. I slept for two straight hours and woke up feeling pretty good. I went about my day and soon it was bedtime. I fell asleep early that night, about 9 pm, I usually stay up until about midnight, I just couldn't make it.I fell fast asleep, and woke up about 2am in a puddle of sweat. I changed shirts and went back to sleep. When I woke up on the morning, I felt like a brand new man!!! My neck and shoulder pain was completely gone! I could turn my head without any pain. It was a miracle, her name is Doctor Nancy Trimboli, and she is an angel sent to help us! A week later and I still haven't had to take any ibuprofen because I have not had any neck or shoulder pain since my first adjustment. I am a believer, now and forever! I am a medical professional myself and cannot believe how extremely UNPROFESSIONAL This Doctor is and how can they even call me and tell me I have 3 hours to get my OWN X-RAY! She was truly sympathetic and also put me through no small amount of necessary work, both during our sessions and with exercises recommended be completed at home. Never did we feel rushed. She was just happy to help in any way she could. Full of information and super nice. And Dr. Curtis is the absolute best. He takes his time and makes us feel heard. He asks questions and many of them so that he can asses our problems as thoroughly as possible. He gave us exercises and stretches that actually have HEALED my son's back. Please keep in mind, my son does these exercises and stretches on a daily basis because he is an athlete and never wants to feel the discomfort and pain again that he was previously experiencing. He is currently working on making his knee whole again with exercises and stretches that Dr. Curtis has recommended. It's only been about 1.5 weeks and already there is much improvement. MUCH improvement. Go see Dr. Curtis. Follow his instructions. Feel better. ^_~
