And the front desk is not very friendly. The doctors seem to be offering only surgery as an option, which I guess is understandable as that is what they are trained to do. However, it would have been good to offer physical therapy as a way to possibly resolve my issues before just jumping to not one, but two surgeries, and then only to say that because of the surgeries my arthritis is now much much worse.
