The service that I received when in contact with Arlington Heights Landscaping Co was exceptional. They were happy to answer any questions I had about their landscaping services. The landscapers who came to my parents home were friendly and professional. They were considerate of my other neighbors as well and didn't come at 6 in the morning unlike other companies we have worked with in the past. Everything was kept very clean and they left no residue on the sidewalks. All in all I would highly recommend anyone seeking landscaping services to contact this company! My landscaper even took care of my weeds that I was going crazy over. They do tend to get busy with their influx of orders though. This being said, do plan ahead and call early. They tied in sump pump, French drain lines, and two gutter downspouts into one catch basin. System backed up after a heavy rainstorm and flooded our basement with dirty water (see photo). In addition, the landscaping quality is shotty: I can step on where they "regraded" and backfilled our soil and fall right through. In summary: They do not know what they are doing. They don't pull permits, they don't know how to design drain systems with safety features in mind, and the owner Niko made false promises multiple times on how they intended to remedy our situation. Now we are left to rebuild our basement after a nightmare situation. Do NOT hire them for any work.
