Today (the day before my appointment) I was told by Aubrey that she will no longer be accepting Groupon vouchers and that I will have to request a refund from them to cancel entirely or use that money to pay for massage (willing to honor what I originally paid). Groupon came back and said a refund isn't possible because it is past the 3 day refund window. I told Aubrey this and she just said well everyone else has been able to get one. I finally got her on the phone and she told me that she won't accept them anymore because Groupon has discounted the price too much and she doesn't get paid enough. Understandable. But the day before my massage? You let me schedule an appointment knowing full well I had a voucher...I told her I keep getting the same message back and she said she will try to contact Groupon but that if I don't get a refund it is out of her control since she doesn't have the money until my voucher is redeemed. Why I decided to leave this review is because she would not let me finish one sentence on the phone and talked over me the entire time. She was quite rude as I was trying to tell her that I'm disappointed in the whole situation and I don't understand why she wouldn't just honor what she had already agreed to 2 weeks ago and as a potential customer it doesn't make any sense to me. So we'll begin there, the online check in website was easy to use ; and you were given store locations closest to you to choose from. It also gave estimated wait times for each location. Our wait time was 10 minutes and took 10 minutes to get there from the point I checked in online. As we walked in, we were greeted and I told them we checked in online. The vibe was pretty chill on this Tuesday. I was up first and had no wait. My friend waited about 5 minutes before it was his turn. MJ was my stylist and she was friendly and did a great job trimming 6 inches off my hair. My friend's stylist was Tiffany and he said she was nice and talkative and that he felt he got a quality haircut. I saw their Facebook post about saving $5 bucks off a haircut and the sign up was easy. The coupon code was emailed to me almost immediately and had no problem using it at the end when we finished our haircuts.
