Called Rey for an emergency burst pipe repairs on a friday night for after hours repairs. He came out to the house immediately and repaired the bad valve. His service charge was very reasonable. Also had him provide a quote for a plumbing repairs job and he was able to provide a very reasonable bid. Unfortunately we couldn't use him because GC wanted to use his own plumber which turned out to be a very bad idea. We should have sub'ed out the work to Rey instead. Definitely recommend and would use again in the future. read more

Rey, on 2 consecutive days failed to show for a scheduled appointments. After scheduling a 7AM Saturday appointment in which my wife and I were up early to prepare for him, and he did not show. We waited for over an hour before I texted him asking where he was. He told me he had forgotten that he had an event with his family and went on to say "I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration," instead of offering to come later in the day, he said that "I was free to go find someone else, and that he would not be upset, and to have a blessed day." The arrogance to say he would not be upset after we were awake since 6 AM preparing for a 7 AM appointment, only to experience a no-show with no call or no text, and this is the response you get. Good luck with that read more

Rey was an absolute joy to work with! He made it very easy to set up an appointment and he arrive on time and ready to go. He fixed the plumbing issue we had (clogged sink), and was patient with me while I asked a bunch of questions about our sink and how to keep it unclogged. He's a super nice guy too! I will definitely be calling him again if I need a plumber. read more

Rey is a Godsent. On Friday afternoon, my only two toilets stopped flushing. I called Rey that evening and asked he come first thing Saturday morning. He arrived Saturday at 8:30a and snaked my toilet for 2 hours (pulling tree roots.. big problem). He is the utmost professional, an expert in his field and fairly priced. Our toilets are working while we deal with the bigger tree root issue. Will be using again! read more

I can't thank Rey enough for the amazing job he did on the plumbing issues with my home. Because I am getting ready to sell, and have thousands worth of renovations to do before listing, I decided to get multiple quotes for every aspect of the renovation. (painting, landscaping, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) After doing extensive research on plumbing companies in the greater San Diego area, Rey was honestly a very easy choice for me. I found that many companies who gave quotes either tried to drastically over charge me, or tried to increase my Scope of Work beyond what was actually needed. What drove me to hire Rey was first and foremost that he was trying to do what was right for me and save me money. He was honest and upfront about what needed to be done to pass inspection (and please potential homebuyers), as well as what I could save money on (no one else did this). Also, and maybe just as importantly, his prices are very fair. I have a LOT of work to do on a limited budget and Rey's prices were spot on for the large amount of plumbing work I needed done. Also, the work he did on the house was perfect. Today I had him install a washing machine outlet box, and replace the Hardware on a few shower/bath tubs. After I finish with painting and cabinets I will be having him come back to install 5 different sinks, 3 faucets, as well as fixing a few pop up stoppers. Last but not least, Rey has character. I'll say it again. Character. This is something a lot of people in business do not have. And when you spot it you should grab it. He was easy to work with, very polite, professional, and upfront and honest. I will be referring Rey to both family and friends in the area. read more

Couldn't be more pleased with our service today! Rey and Edgar came for what we thought was a stubborn clogged bathtub drain and we found that the flippers who we bought the house from did a lazy, crappy job installing the tub and drain set up. Rey was patient, knowledgeable and honest as he explained our options. They crawled below our house to check for more options, we decided together the best way to go and they ended up getting everything squared away for a VERY fair price. I mean, I am so thankful I found them. When they left, they left the bathroom looking better than they found it. Rey re-layed our soaker tub and re-caulked and it honestly looked better than when we bought it. Rey and Edgar went the extra mile for us, were courteous and professional and they saved us from what could have been a plumbing nightmare. Call Rey - you won't be sorry. read more

Without a doubt the best plumber we have ever had work in our home. Rey came in and worked on a few leaks we had in our bathrooms and kitchen. He was courteous, quick and professional. He even spent some of his time giving us tips concerning other areas of the house. He did a fantastic job. I am so happy. We have found our new plumber!! No more searching. I highly recommend Rey. I know whomever hires him for any plumbing job will be absolutely happy with him as well. read more

Rey is amazing!! I highly recommend!! It's so nice to have found a plumber that I can trust and highly recommend to family and friends. We had a leak under our sink and he came out immediately and fixed the leak in no time! Before getting in contact with Rey, we had initially called a large well known company that charged us $200 and told us there was no leak. After they left, we turned on our sink and immediately noticed water was continuing to drip. We called out RC Plumbing and he found a hole in a cast pipe. We could not be happier with RC plumbing!!! read more

I contacted RC Plumbing on a Friday afternoon through the Yelp app. I requested a quote for a backed up toilet and slow draining shower and Rey responded within minutes! After answering a couple of clarifying questions for him, he was able to book me for the following morning. He came over to my house a little early (which was awesome) and went to work. He was able to fix both issues in under an hour. Rey was very professional, courteous, and respectful. In addition, he honored the quoted amount that we discussed and did not try to aggressively upsell me on anything. I highly recommend giving Rey at RC Plumbing a call if you have any plumbing issues! read more

My valve broke that connects our old water sprinklers on the side of our house going into the back yard. It broke in two places. At the time I had no idea. Rey from RC plumbing was efficient, friendly and explained every step of the process. He did not mind my pictures of his work or my need for explanations, so I can send the info to my landlord. He did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely call RC Plumbing again if ever the need arises. read more

Ray and his son Ray Jr. Came to our rescue today with an emergency toilet issue at our business. Within the hour he was here and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. We had a problem with our water heater not heating up. Rey came out early in the morning and figured out the problem right away and knew exactly what to do. He was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and fairly priced. He replaced both of the heating elements and thermostats and told us that we didn't need to go out and buy a new heater, which was our fear. He did a great job and we will definitely use him in the future. We highly recommend him! Thank you Rey! read more
