Kevin O'Rourke was our service technician, and we could not have been happier with his work. All American responded quickly to our call, and Kevin quickly located and capped the leak to prevent further damage. He thoroughly explained our options, from repairing the immediate leak to taking preventive measures to avoid future in-slab leaks. After discussing the pros and cons, we decided to move forward with a downstairs re-pipe to replace any pipes that were in the slab, along with replacing our pressure regulator and several older valves. This was a major project involving rerouting plumbing through the ceilings and walls, but Kevin guided us through every step of the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and always made sure we understood the work being done. It is rare to immediately trust a service technician you have just met, but we had complete confidence in Kevin and his recommendations throughout the project. They are lined with a fiberglass sleeve that guarantees the pipe for an additional 20 years. It also replaces the cast iron pipe's jagged, rough surface with a smooth liner that reduces the risk of future clogging. They camera the pipe to identify all problem areas. They also re-camera the pipe after the sleeving to document that the repair has been completed satisfactorily. You get a copy of both videos. Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

RDZ plumbing is awesome! I had a severely clogged main line drain where there was literal TP piling…read moreup in my front yard. Fun! I reached out to RDZ around 10pm and was promptly responded too with a quote for hydrojet and camera inspection service by Sandra for either immediate service or for first thing in the morning. I opted for the service for the morning and Manuel and Federico came out and showed up promptly at 8am. They assessed the issue and began to hydrojet the main line. After clearing out the clog, they inspected everything with a camera and we found out that faulty piping was the culprit to our clog and after a fair quote on the spot and agreeing to the work, they went to work to dig out and fix the buried pipe. After they completed the work, they refilled the hole they dug out and you couldn't even tell that they dug it out. They cleaned the area up nicely. During the camera inspection, they found a potential issue that is further down and past our property line which is a whole different issue that ill have to look into with either my HOA or the City but without their thorough work and inspection, we would have never known of the other issue at hand. All in all, I would highly recommend RDZ plumbing to anyone who require their services as they are fast to reply and come out and their professionalism shows in their work.
