Jon and his crew catered our wedding in in West Point in late May this year. It was cold and pouring down rain the entire time. We were all huddled under tents... and having a great time! Jon and his crew were smiling the entire time and provided absolutely amazing service, despite the less than ideal (downright awful) weather conditions. We had the tri-tip and pork loin (the most tender anyone had ever tasted and cooked on-site!), potato salad, cole slaw, garden salad and corn bread. We were hungry, and the sandwich options sounded appealing. I decided to order a BBQ Brisket sandwich, a Chili Dog, and a Shredded Chicken Sandwich. The man operating the truck and taking orders was very helpful and friendly. The young man working behind the grill was equally pleasant. Since I was the last customer of the day, he was outside wrapping things up. Juggling all my food, I asked him if he could help me add some mustard to the chili dog, and he immediately agreed. He grabbed the mustard and asked me to let him know when to stop! The sandwiches were delicious, and we enjoyed every last bite. If you're in the area, I highly recommend looking them up; you'll love their food!

The meatballs were my personal favorite- the sauce is unique and there's just the slightest spice to them at the end- incredible. The bacon Mac and cheese is to die for. The slider bar was a super nice addition and a hit with all of the guests getting to build their own and choosing between thinly sliced tri tip or what should be famous pulled pork (it's SO good). They even provided a donut wall and the donuts. Communication was excellent, pricing reasonable and the food spoke for itself. They were on time for set up and helped us have a successful party.
