She explained every step of the process, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and was the ultimate hype woman when I told her I was getting the tan for my engagement photos. When photo day came (24 hours after the tan), I was absolutely obsessed with how I looked -- and so was my fiancé! I've tried many different spray tan booths but can safely say this is way better. Not only is it natural, but it lasts longer! Street parking only so keep that in mind. She also showed me how to operate the tanning equipment and what each button would do if depressed. Very happy to recommend this location due to the staff. Facility is very clean and bright. They also have restrooms for the clientele. Note that the Exterior areas of the shopping area is under construction / upgrades so you will have to enter directly from the front. Lights off. No staff. Nothing. Their sign said Sunday "By Appointment Only," yet apparently even when you have an appointment, no one shows up. I called their Bethesda location, and the first receptionist claimed we weren't in the system--even though I booked on Wednesday at 2:22 PM (I checked my call log and took a screenshot). Someone took all of my details including my credit card, but somehow my appointment "didn't exist." Then the owner got on the phone and said she actually could see me in their system but didn't know what happened. She blamed a software switch on Tuesday... but I booked on Wednesday. So that excuse made no sense. Her only solution was to ask if we could come tomorrow. No, we actually can't--because unlike her business, we plan ahead. I took the weekend off from my real estate schedule to celebrate. We booked a hotel in Tysons, hired a dog sitter, and made a whole day of this. And it was completely wasted. What really stunned me was the total lack of care. No apology that felt meaningful. No attempt to make it right. No offer of a complimentary service. Nothing. I'm a business owner myself, and I would never handle a mistake like this this way. Our anniversary plans were basically ruined because this spa didn't bother to honor our confirmed appointment--or provide any real remedy afterward. Don't waste your time or money here. If they can't handle a simple booking, I wouldn't trust them with anything else either.

On top of that, it is just so darn depressing in there. There are TV's lining the walls, but not a single one of them was on. Then, it is a 3 floor facility, all the escalators were off, and these are not normal height floor, I would approximate that each flight is equivalent to 2 if not 3 regular floors.
