Guess what - he did not show up the next week and then just stopped responding to my texts. I understand that delays come up but why is it my responsibility to have to repeatedly contact him when no one shows up on the scheduled date again and again? If something comes up, LET ME KNOW! And if you don't want to do it, LET ME KNOW! After a month of having my texts ignored, we gave up on him and contracted with the city to do the repair.

We wanted it to match the aggregate cement already in place and the crew did a magnificent job. The ramp looks like it has always been there and has added value to our home, I'm sure. Oasis was professional in getting us a written quote, setting up a work timeline, and getting the job done. The crew also cleaned up after themselves every single day and were respectfully quiet while working. Communication was excellent and Maasi answered all our questions and got back to us when he said he would. Note: This in itself was amazing since Maasi and his wife welcomed the birth of their second child in the middle of the walkway project. Congratulations! Oasis was even able to complete the job way ahead of schedule. We were so pleased with the way the ramp turned out, we contracted Maasi to pour concrete walkways on both sides of our house a few weeks later. The job was completed in a timely fashion and on budget. The work on both projects was well beyond our expectations. We only wish we had more projects! We highly recommend Oasis Concrete.

Chris was everything you want in a contractor: timely, polite, accurate, and skilled at his craft. The only delays we had on the project were in getting material due to the supply chain issues with the materials we selected. It is always difficult making every decision related to a project but Chris helped us a ton here with the right amount of opinion and consultation when we needed it and he put us in contact with other great contractors for concrete and asphalt work we had done. I would not hesitate to recommend Cooper Mountain Masonry to anyone looking for a reliable contractor for their job.
