Gerson and his team were so thorough and worked with us to create the perfect yard and patio within our budget. Gerson and his team worked quickly and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. I will definitely be giving them a call for our next project!

My patio stones needed to be leveled as they were subsiding and uneven. Fabiano did an amazing job of lifting the existing stones and leveling them. They suggested adding cobblestones around the outside, which I agreed to and the finished patio is gorgeous. It's better than the original design. I would use them again and recommend them without reservation.

He's also did very complicated mason and trim projects and always comes out perfect. I highly recommend Mark for any project. We could not be happier with work that Joe / Niteroi did for us in Wayland. We strongly recommend,…read moreand will work happily with him again. Our first job was to replace an ornamental outdoor fishpond that had failed. The liner had buckled/ cracked (after 30 years). Joe and team dug it out, discovering that initial installation had been substandard. As part of project, he got a new liner, did a redig of the hole, and installed it with multiple layers of compacted sand. He also redid and cemented the flat rock and waterfall around the pond. He had great recommendations about how to make it look better, which we gladly accepted. He also assisted in transferring plantings around the pond... Project turned out great, and pricing was fair. While here, he also identified some issues on our chimney, and he fixed those perfectly. There are a couple of other projects that he identified for us, and we plan to work with him on those. Again, I cannot recommend Joe and Niteroi more highly. Roland Wayland

Renato and his crew came out to do a small job, installing a new paver walkway and properly edging…read morea pre-existing walkway that was installed incorrectly by the original builder. While discussing the job with Renato he noted that the original builder had also installed one paver that was a different color than the others and offered to fix it while they re-did the edging (great!). Towards the end of the job I went out to take a look and noticed that the crew had incorrectly installed the edging pavers in an intermediate section of the walkway. Once informed they remediated the issue (again, great!). However, it appears as though when they did so, they accidentally reinstalled the mis-colored paver. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until the next day because they had to soak the entire walkway with water in order for the crushed stone to set, and so all of the pavers were wet and dark. Mistakes happen, I get it. But the reason for the 2 star review isn't that the mistake was made - it was how it was how Renato handled it (or didn't). Over the ensuing three weeks I texted Renato on three different occasions about the issue, asking him to have a crew return and resolve it. He didn't respond to any of my messages. Unfortunately my experience was similar to one of the other reviewers - the quality of the work was good, but the service provided when confronted with a quality issue was nonexistent.
