We just purchased a house in Temecula with many electrical issues. I did a lot of research cross-referencing with BBB, yelp, google & CSLB & chose RB Electric. Brian answered my call & got us an appoint right away. Our Tech, Jamie arrived right on time, was very respectful, knowledgeable & cleaned up after himself. We were so happy with how professional RB Electric is that we had them come back & do additional work & will actually use them again in the near future because this house has all kinds of electrical surprises! Thanks RB electric for being responsibly priced & reliable, you have a repeat customer for as long as we live in this area. read more

The electrician was polite professional and efficient. After working with 2 other local companies/electricians, I am so happy I found RB through their mailer/magazine add. Jaime corrected the switch connections for 6 ceiling fans and installed two new outlets in the gym aka tandem garage. Pricing was fair, workmanship was professional, and cleanup was thorough. I am anxious to hear back from Brian (owner) with the estimate for the addition of outdoor outlets and I hope they don't drop the ball now, as those outlets were the initial reason I needed an electrician. read more

Brian was very responsive was able to answer all of my questions. He was professional and his electirician that came to my house was timely. Tom (who came to my house) was very quick when he installed my EV wall charger. The work was neat and the price was VERY reasonable. I would recommend to anybody and will definitely call if I need work done in the future. read more

Loved how easy it was to set up an appointment. Having a tight schedule made it easier when scheduling an appointment as I didn't have to be present for the work to be completed. Arrived home from work to find the work being completed, not only did Brian did an amazing job, but he also follow up with me right after the job was completed with photos of the job being completed. Very satisfied with the work and satisfied to know he was very honest and assist me by answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend him and if I ever need and electrical service repair will for sure not hesitate on calling Brian ! read more

I had Brian do almost $10,000 in electrical work on a home that we recently purchased. Although we were satisfied with the quality of most of the work there were two reasons I would never recommend him. The first was that we had him replace and wire existing ceiling speakers. I have no idea if the speakers are wired or even work because there is no wiring running to the stereo. I was told that new additional speakers would be connected to the replaced ones, they apparently were not. The second reason I would not recommend relates to replacing bathroom ceiling fan/lights. I was instructed to purchase the fans which I did. When the four fans were installed the drywall in the ceiling had either been cut or exposed so I had to hire a drywaller and painter to repair it, more than doubling the price of the job. Had anyone mentioned this when they unboxed the fan/lights, we could have just purchased a larger fixture. Brian was made aware of these issues and offered no remedy. read more

I contacted RB Electrical to install a EV charger outlet in my garage. They got me scheduled pretty fast. The service person was nice. My panel was full, so he had to bridge two 15 amp breaker with a 50 amp. However , during installation, he removed several breakers from my panel to complete this task, which was super weird to me. Two days after my installation, my back porch light, my and front porch light stopped working (they worked before the installation. I contacted the owner and he agreed to come out, but gave the stipulation that if the company was not in error (bad installation), that I would be charged a diagnostic fee. The owner himself comes out to inspect the work done by the previous person. He first appeared annoyed upon me shaking his hand. Then he touched the connections for the new 50amp breaker and said we "did everything right". My response was "something is wrong, are you going to check behind the beakers?" The owner did not inspect behind the beakers to see if there was a missing connection or something. What he did do was go to my porch light, and when I showed him it wasn't working, he told me that was a wiring issue... I thought, really.... My house is brand new and my lights worked before YOUR crew came out. Anyway, he charged me $89 (a reduced diagnostic fee) for basically for poor customer service and the annoyance he displayed the whole time he was here. Oh, he didn't shake my hand until he charged me for his diagnostics and received payment. Now, I have to get another electrician to fix the issue, I'm pretty sure they caused. The only thing keeping this from being 1 star is that the 1st service tech was nice. The crazy thing is that I was ready to give this company more electricial work... maybe they don't need it. Oh well. #disgusted read more

Brian gave us a reasonable quote (dead center of competing quotes) within an hour. We got 2 pendant lights, a chandelier (21' high), 3 exterior lights, a dedicated breaker and new receptacle, and a light fixture swapped out for a receptacle. Jaime was our electrician for the day. He sent 30 minutes notice ahead of our scheduled appointment window that he'd arrive, was friendly, worked safely around our toddler, cleaned up, and most importantly did exceptional quality work. We couldn't be happier. We will be using RB with our future electrical needs. read more

I called a last Monday and they came out next day. Unfortunately, the issue was worse than I thought and they had to reschedule to put a new wire since the one there was damaged. Brian is very good at what he does. He is professional and knows his stuff. We had an issue with the equipment that we hired him to run electrical to and he was MORE than helpful in helping to find where the problem was with the equipment. That was obviously not part of his workmanship but he was here to help anyway. He cares about his customers. He is conscientious of his work and very service oriented. I highly recommend RB Electrical. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Brian and his team! No nonsense is what you will encounter with Brian! We had a home warranty company tell us we have to upgrade our electricial panel because the company who installed our new kitchen put everything on one electrical side of the kitchen so I could not use my brand new dishwasher. Brain said he can just add to my existing panel at a fraction of the cost. His team came in and did a few things also which were done in record time. RB Electrical is now my go to electrician! read more

RB Electrical Service - The Ring camera with motion sensor light - Electricians Near Me - Menifee, California

Brian and his team are very professional. I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel, where I hired 5 different contractors to complete the remodel. RB Electrical was the only contractor who I hired to show up on time. I had 7 can lights installed and 1 pendant light. They demolished my 3 old ugly light boxes as you can see in the pictures. They are very clean and neat, they cover all of your furnishings with drop clothes not to damage or dirty anything. Very reasonably priced too. I will definitely recommend their business. They were recommended to me. Good work needs to be rewarded, so I will definitely spread the word about the quality and professionalism from RB Electric. read more

Jaime Duran from RB Electrical came this morning to install a Ring Floodlight camera. He was a whiz. He was fast. Did clean work and helped me get the Ring app up and running. He is a very nice young man who is very helpful and a delight to work with. I will definitely call this service again in the future read more

We hired RB Electrical to have multiple jobs done. One of our projects was to install ceiling fans and smart switches installed. 2-3 ceiling fans stopped working, may have been due to non-compatible switches that he recommended. His invoice states a 1 year warranty. He was notified on several occasions that the fans weren't working. After paying him over 6,000 dollars he wouldn't respond to text messages. Installing electrical fans that don't work PRICELESS. And what is the point in having your invoice state a 1 year warranty and you don't even follow up with the customer after you've been paid. Disappointed to say the least. And No I would not recommend. Customer beware!! read more

Another 5 Star Review for RB Electrical. I needed some recessed lights replaced and just as last time I received a quick quote that was within my budget and excellent communication before and the day of. The work was completed quickly and Brian even checked out a light switch we had some issues with. He cleaned up and was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely use RB Electrical again for any future needs. Thanks again!! read more

I had a friend visit from New Jersey that was an electrician back there, and I needed some work done and special outlets put in my backyard along the patio wall. Well, he had NO clue what he was doing and caused a major electrical hazard to my property. RB Electrical Service did an AMAZING job and fixed all of my electrical issues and it's done RIGHT. I now feel safe at home and it's been done by a licensed, bonded and insured company. Everything will now pass inspection, too! I also had Brian and his amazing assistant, Jaime, install all of the electrical for 8 new wifi security cameras I purchased. They installed the new cameras outside and inside my home with such professionalism, I was greatly impressed by both of their work! Jaime went above and beyond and was more talented than other electricians I hired twice his age. He is going far in this business and Brian has a superstar on his team! I am so ecstatic that my home business has the extra security I need, and I love my 7 Nest IQ 4k cameras and Ring floodlight camera. I scanned them on the app on my phone first and activated them so they could just grab and install them easily. I cannot say how much I LOVE the security and fact that they installed them all exactly where I wanted them! They also replaced 8 electrical sockets that were worn where the plugs would fall out from overuse the past 15 years since I purchased my new home, as well as installing about 5 new light switches that were sparking, which was a hazard from overuse as well. For the amount of work they did, two full days, I thought the price was fair! I can see why RB Electrical Service is a great 5-Star company. Thank you for my peace of mind! You guys rock! read more

Repeat business. What more can I say. Oh Jamie was the best. Professional and friendly a winning combo.

RB Electrical Service definitely deserves a five star rating! First I got a quote from Brian to have five new ceiling fans installed which was more reasonable than four other electricians in the area, I then set up an appointment for Friday at 8 AM, on the morning of the appointment I received a text saying they were on their way which was great! Jaime the installer showed up right on time, he was very polite, very knowledgeable and very fast at installing all the fans plus he used plastic sheeting to cover all the areas not to make a mess. I am very impressed with RB Electrical so for anyone looking for a great electrician give them a call, with my experience I don't think you will be disappointed. read more
