As much as I hate writing reviews without photos, i doubt I'll be returning to this area of Glendale soon so I might as well give my experience now. I had just eaten some lunch at Yard House next door when I required some desert so I headed over to Razzleberriez for some froyo. This shop is a copy and paste of pretty much every other frozen yogurt place, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I grabbed a cup and filled it up with some oreo and some chocolate ice cream swirl, topped it off with some rainbow sprinkles, cookie dough, and oreo crumbs and threw it up on the scale. I believe the froyo came to like $10 or something close to that, and it tasted just like every other froyo chain I've been too. Overall, Razzleberriez is the only froyo place in this area so it doesn't really have any competition. The frozen yogurt itself was solid enough, the staff did the job they needed to do, and I left no longer needing desert. Thumbs up enough for me. read more

We were killing time while our car was being repaired (damn desert rats!!) and stopped in to walk around the area. We are not ones to frequent frozen yogurt spots (we are more ice cream/gelato people) so this was new for us. We tried 4 flavors: sweet coconut & mango and peppermint & cake batter. We didn't come close to filling our smaller dishes, but found it to be way more product than anticipated, so portion control could be a problem. We put sprinkles on the tropical flavors - that was the only topping we used. I personally find it kind of off-putting when things sit out open like the topping bar. Taste? Pretty darn good! The tropical flavors were refreshing but the mango overpowered the coconut. Peppermint/cake batter was closer to ice cream and very good. 4 stars because of the open topping bar & the price-- almost $13 for the 2 small servings. read more

The price at this place has risen fast on average starts with one small container is between 10-16 $ with no toppings added. The flavor is good never full of people. The service is good but if you plan to take you kids expect to play over 50$ just for yogurt. read more

10.2022 Cool ice cream/ yogurt shop in the heart of Westgate. I was sooo happy for the non-dairy options and the options galore to add to my cup of frozen joy. This place was clean and offered indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors as it was a nice evening out. My only wish is that the cashier was more present. She did not speak. It's an okay froyo place. Nothing really stood out to me. Some of their toppings like the cookies were hard and stale each time I have visited so that was a bummer. I really wanted to like this location but I'll stick to the other places I like. The tables have been dirty each visit I have gone and we have also only been the only customers so I don't understand why the tables would be dirty? Employees have also seemed not to care and will only come out from the back to ring you up, then they go back and disappear. I would rather give them 0 stars. I am super sensitive to dairy and I saw they had a pineapple sorbet, which is not supposed to have dairy. I ate it even though I questioned if it had dairy in it because of the color and taste. I kept thinking it's a sorbet they wouldn't. It has damn dairy in the pineapple. Frozen yogurt was good, the attention of the employees were not so great. There was a kid when I was in the shop going from machine to machine using his fingers to grab the residual frozen yogurt from the tip of the dispenser and putting in his mouth. This is very unsanitary and just plain gross, nothing was said from the employees while this was going on. I quickly went to the untouched machines and dispensed a small amount of frozen yogurt, then on to the toppings. The section was small, but they had the standard toppings( sprinkles, chocolate chips, cookie dough bites, gummy bears, etc.). The frozen yogurt had a good flavor but I was unable to try more than the two flavors I got due to the kid. I would probably think twice before going again. read more

I only have a few things to say about this place. It's not good at all like I two bites and threw it away, also the employees that were there didn't care at all about my nut allergy and acted as if it wasn't a problem at all, and the worst thing of all there was a COCKROACH IN THE NAPKIN CONTAINER!!! We saw the bug crawl into the wall and we were disgusted by just this and then as we started to leave we heard people screaming about this bug being in the napkin the grabbed. This place is awful. Went there for the first time tonight and it was packed with it being a Sunday night. There was one girl running the whole store. There are no sample cups out so I asked for one that was right behind her. She said she had to pour them for us so I had to wait. She was the only running the register/entire store so needless to say I never got to sample anything. They also didn't have the tart flavor which I've never been to a yogurt place that doesn't have that flavor so my fiancé didn't buy one. The floor was also trashed. Won't be back. read more

Of all the self-serve yogurt shops in the valley, Razzleberriez may actually be the best one I've ever tried. I'm just as surprised as you are. Who'd have thought that the best would be in The Westgate Center? A place I would never dream of going unless I was heading to an event at Gila River Arena or University of Phoenix Stadium. Not only is there a decent selection (6 machines with 12 flavors and 6 mixes), but all of the flavors I tried were solid and not soupy. None had that artificial yogurt taste that manages to ruin the enjoyment of having a sweet treat. The strawberry taste like strawberries! The snozzberries taste like snozzberries! The toppings are pretty standard for what I expect to see at a yogurt shop. Prices are also on par with any other place. If you're looking for a quick snack before or after hitting up an event or movie at Westgate, Razzleberriez is a great place to try. read more

Awful experience. Had a great evening at Westgate with my family. Decided to end the night by letting our 4yr old and 2.5yr old share a yogurt. Went in, spent some time letting our 4 yr old choose which toppings she wanted and handed her the bowl as we waited in line. She was so ecstatic! Then we are told their machine just went down and they can only take cash. Well, I don't have cash. I'm told we can come back in 15 min when it should be back up. It's 90 something degrees out! A) it'll melt and b) im not killing 15 min for a machine that may/may not be back o. No apologies, no suggestions on where to find an ATM. When I suggest that since your machine going down is not my fault and maybe you should just let us have the ice cream you're going to throw in the trash anyways I'm rudely told "we can't just GIVE it to you!". Well, there's your problem. Horrible customer service. I've been to other establishments that would have gladly comped a $4 ice cream because of an error on their end. Instead I walked out with 2 crying children and headed to Coldstone, who will continue to get my business. We will not be back! read more

Me and my bestfriend always come to this frozen yogurt place because they have the best flavors in town and are always friendly. Tonight we rushed there before closing at 10, we arrived 10 until closing. When we walked in, Monica the worker was rude and said they were closed. We checked the time to confirmed with her, then she proceeded with an attitude and let us grab some frozen yogurt stating we need to hurry up. She then didn't let us get toppings since she had already covered the toppings. I'm all for hurrying up since it was close to closing time, but I don't believe in giving customers a bad experience because the employees want to rush out. I came in here because my sister wanted to treat me to some yogurt, for getting my first job. What i got was vanilla and mango yogurt, both which were perfect. The mango tasted actual mango and the vanilla was not to sweet, just the right amount of sweet, and it didn't taste like fake vanilla. For toppings, I got brownies and coconut flakes. The brownies were nice and soft, didn't taste like dry cigarettes. They had chocolate chips in them, which was a nice touch. And the coconut flakes tasted great as well. lastly, i got whip cream which was good. I tried a little bit of my sisters, she got cheesecake yogurt and resses peanut butter cup yogurt , with cookie dough topping . Hers tasted just as good as well, tasted like i was eating both of the real thing, the cookie dough was just right. It wasn't to soft or hard. Over all, their flavors are legit, they don't taste fake or to over sweet. This is for sure gonna be I and my sister's stop when wanting to get yogurt. read more

Terrible experience. The whole place was dirty even though I was the only customer there. Floors had black marks everywhere even the scale that weighed the yogurt itself. Toppings where scattered everywhere and a couple machines had yogurt spilled on the floor. 1 of the 3 employed didn't have a uniform and the 3 girl employees had their hair messy which shouldn't be a problem but considering they work at a good place it is a big concern.
