I've been here many times on late nights being the annoying customer that orders close to close and yet they have always been so nice and load me up! Went to the one closest to me recently and was not that same experience at all. Picture of the difference

Lemon and raspberry sorbet with strawberries. YUM!

Delicious! Clean restaurant and restrooms. Nice and close to the movie theater. Mm good.

Got some ice cream. By the time I paid my ice cream was melting already. It needs to be cooler. My favorite is the cheesecake and chocolate. You can either mix it or choose side by side. You can add any topping to it.

Location never fails me. The lights are basically off so they look closed which seems to be a preventive measure. Staff seemed bothered upon us walking in and asking if they were open because it was so dark inside. During the ordering process my toddler was very excited about the colors of the ice cream and as my wife is talking to the employee (her) about flavors and tasting her annoyance with us grew. Basically and unfortunately she was rude. The lights that are off look damaged and another has water stain damage. The area in which the employees are chilling was messy and not sanitary looking. Overall good luck if you take the risk...hopefully your experience is better than ours

The place looks dead and closed. Had to pull door open to make sure. The 3 young ladies had a look on their faces..... not even a hello or welcome in... one employee had her ear pods that right there is poor customer service. I ordered a oreo overload no oreo but chocolate chip, Gasca few Oreo crumbles but I was told I would be charged extra if I wanted more. The ice cream melts extremely fast. I WILL NOT EVER WALK INTO A COLD STONE AGAIN. I paid $20.00 for bad customer service and ice cream.

The girl who was rude. LOL

I had a sweet blonde girl taking my order --LIKED HER!!! I was my happy self and said ooh I'm going to record you making my ice cream but not get your face in it out of respect. Sorry don't know names but the mixed girl with EarPods in gave the dirtiest look at me and shook her head and said OUT LOUD you're plastered. I didn't say a word back. She was inconsiderate, rude and could tell she was crabby not just with me. Don't take your issues and attitude out on customers. Not about negative vibes like that and won't come back! And if I was plastered I'd be falling all over and not even be in Cold Stone! Not coming back because of her negative energy--people like that need to grow up!

Stopped by to get the daughter a ice cream she was excited they had cotton candy ice cream so she was happy. They didn't really have anything I wanted but as long as the kids like it

I haven't been to a Cold Stone in something like 8 years, but it hasn't skipped a beat. Cold Stone is still the same old over-the-top sweet tooth problem solver it's always been, and this location is no different. The staff were very pleasant despite the seemingly-endless lines of a post-Monday Night Football crowd. They were efficient and we were out of there in no time, drowning our sorrows (as traveling Ravens fans) in some delicious ice cream. Haha. I highly recommend it for such moments...and/or if you're ever just in the mood for a caloric overindulgence! Enjoy!

Waited maybe a couple min, because they had 4-5 workers helping customers. It kinda reminded me of Porto's in LA (iykyk, so efficient). The lady who helped me was very patient - she helped clarify what items had fillings, and what flavors they were. I made my selection (strawaberry concha, dulce du leche-filled churro, guava empanada, DDL-filled cono rellano aka flaky and caramel-filled pastry, DDL-filled churro, corbata danes aka puff pastry w optionally flavored twist, conos de crema aka cream horn). Ate the cream horn immediately in the parking lot - delish. Loved the churro, which was maybe a foot long! Enjoyed the guava empanada as well. Concha was nice and soft, all the flaky pastries were amazing. Total was just under $17 (7 items) with cream horn being around ~$4. Didn't get any tortillas, but I saw them being made, hot off the press! Will definitely be back, esp for the filled items. They also had sooo many cookies, as well as a white cake topped w fruit. *Extra (small) charge if using a credit card, so cash to avoid this charge.* There was also a pop-up coffee shop in the parking lot (saw they packed up at 1pm though), which would be the perfect pairing for any La Purisima goodies.

On this particular afternoon I surprised as I entered to find that I was the second person in line. They even had six registers going with six customers on each. So it was my turn to order and apparently as I was ordering the line behind me was completely full. I only mention this as this has never happened. Funny part is when I was parking I noticed the parking lot was not short of customers but I guess it was a moment in time and I hit just at the right time. I finally made the trip to Sady's Cakes in Glendale, Arizona, conveniently located right off Grand…read moreAvenue and Camelback, to try their viral fruit-shaped mousse cakes. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how amazing it smelled. The gentleman working there was incredibly nice and helpful, and there's a small area to place your order and a bench to sit while you wait. As I waited, I noticed the board listing all of their cake fillings. One combination that really stood out to me was peaches and pineapple together. You can order them separately, but together just sounded delicious. Honestly, I almost ordered a whole cake right then and there, but I held back! I ordered five of the fruit-shaped mousse cakes: pineapple, raspberry, banana, coconut, and mango. First up was the pineapple. When I cut it in half, I found cake and a pineapple compote filling inside. First of all, look at this thing. It is absolutely beautiful. But the flavor? Wow. The pineapple flavor was out of this world. The combination of the cake with that pineapple compote was incredible. Easy 10 out of 10. Next was the raspberry. I love raspberry everything, but I don't love fake raspberry flavor. I love actual raspberries. When I cut this one open, I didn't see any cake. Instead, it appeared to be layers of raspberry mousse and raspberry jelly. Sady's absolutely nailed the flavor. Rich, fresh, and tasting like real raspberries instead of candy. Another perfect 10 out of 10. Third was the banana, which seems to be everyone's favorite on TikTok. When I sliced it lengthwise, I only saw cream inside--no fruit pieces and no cake that I could tell. Flavor-wise, it reminded me of banana extract, and artificial banana is one of the few flavors I personally don't care for. That's just my preference though, because my family loved the banana cream filling. Because the presentation is adorable and everyone else really enjoyed it, I'm still giving it an 8 out of 10. The coconut one was shaped like a little coconut drink with a straw, and it might be one of the cutest desserts I've ever seen. The first bite was pure coconut heaven. The coconut cream was so rich and delicious, and I could immediately taste real shredded coconut. When I cut it open, I could see there was cake inside, although I honestly couldn't tell if it was vanilla cake or coconut cake because the coconut cream flavor completely stole the show. Whatever it was, this one was another easy 10 out of 10. Last was the mango, and honestly, I bought this one mainly because of how realistic it looked. The others are fun and cartoonish, but this one genuinely looks like a real mango. You can tell they put a lot of work into it. When I cut it open, there was mango mousse with actual chunks of fresh mango inside. And wow. I am not even a huge mango person, but this thing absolutely blew my socks off. Another 10 out of 10. The whole experience reminded me of Willy Wonka and the lickable wallpaper scene. The strawberry tastes like strawberry, the snozzberries taste like snozzberries. Sady's Cakes really captures the flavors they're trying to create. One thing I really appreciated was that they have examples on display and then bring your desserts from the back. What impressed me was that the ones they brought out looked exactly like the display pieces. That's important if you're buying these for a birthday, dinner party, or special event. Also, I wasn't sure how they would hold up in Arizona heat. They spent about twenty minutes in my car before I got home, and they were still nicely chilled. I can see why so many people film these in their cars--they're probably worried they won't make it home before digging in! Between the incredible presentation and the amazing flavors, Sady's Cakes completely impressed me. I already know where we'll be ordering our next birthday cake. Overall, 10 out of 10. I honestly can't wait to go back.
