By the way, I read reviews for both clinics and as a result, chose the Viverant Chanhassen instead of this clinic for my main bloc of 24 appointments. Now I see why TCO Eden Prairie has a low rating. After I gave this receptionist my name and explained what type of appointment I needed and which date I wanted, she rudely asked what kind of appointment I wanted, as if I had said nothing! When I again told her, she said in an accusatory tone" You already HAVE appointments!" I said no, not for the requested date. She then said coldly that she had nothing available for the fill-in date I wanted. Contrast this with the other place ( Viverant) where the receptionist was as nice and friendly as could be, wishing me a great day. Boy am I glad I scheduled the other regular appointments with Viverant instead of this place! Even if the therapy is good I wouldn't go to a place with a receptionist who is a B.

I was seen by two different doctors, on two separate occasions, at the Eden Prairie location. On a Tuesday, I went in with knee pain. I had x-rays taken and a doctor examined my knee. Long story short, he told me to work my knee since my X-rays looked fine. Two days later, I heard a snap/pop in my knee while "working it" I was seen by the second doctor, who ordered an MRI through CDI , I also received a cortisone shot. I was given the shot without being asked about high blood pressure or other medical conditions. My blood pressure went through the roof over the weekend. In addition, my MRI appointment was cancelled because the paperwork from Twin Cities Orthropedics was not submitted until a week after my appointment.
