Craig was great, he took time, explained everything to us, showed us everything he was explaining! Thank god we had the inspection and Craig was the inspector, he was honest, extremely knowledgeable and just a good person! Thanks to him we didn't buy a house with a bad septic system! Unfortunately, my project just became a little less simple and I expected that to reflect in the price too. I'll say this, the job was done quickly, everything looks great, I feel confident in the work and safer knowing why he had to do what he did. The best part was the price was completely reasonable! They were polite and caring people - two young men showed up one worked one helped as needed -…read moreafter an hour and half working on bathroom sink and kitchen sink the one young man went under the house and discovered the kitchen pipe had a hole in it - within 5 mins he charged me $95 said he'd come back with boss with estimate next day - poof they were gone - never heard back from them Then next day we used Rooter Man, LLC again nice gentleman came - turns out they were all nephews in the family - then things turn to hell - we explained the issue and what happened and how we were abandoned - we agreed sink drain needed estimate - he went under and viewed the issue - decided to work on bathroom sink and fix that for $150 since we wasted $95 day before and they were nephews - he didn't have a watch or phone on him - 4.5-5 hrs later he fixed the bathroom clog - his boss called US TWICE to contact him and check on him because if time - gentleman admitted he lost track of time and didn't realize he'd been there that long - ended up charging us $361.25 - problem I had was he didn't track his time despite us telling him and checking on him - he promised to come back and give us estimate - no call next day - we called they denied knowing us we provided details - response "OH" - well we will be out after he finishes his current job for estimate - again no call another day no water usage - 4 days now Here's the issues I have - we were honest and said we were concerned about price because we are on disability - we were honest about it and said estimates would help - then find out both companies refused to come out for estimates because "we don't have money" our disability and senior status was used against us - I had an issue either this along with the extra costs for repair because person on site chose not to track his time - then denied service - then the gentleman threatened physical harm on me because I dared to question their actions and choices and said I had an issue with moving forward with a $100 check he was given - avoid Drain Master and definitely avoid Rooter Man, LLC in Toledo if your a senior citizen and/or on a fixed income these people will rip you off and treat you badly they have no respect or decency

What a nightmare!…read more I'm typically not a review writer, however, when lives are risk of deception, potential health risks, loss of money and time, and additional strife, I feel compelled to share my story. It's been a nightmare, a ridiculous unprofessional, dishonest, unethical, and disruptive experience. There are not enough words to express the dissatisfaction as well as the risks Super Steamer had positioned. My experience is specific to water restoration. Super steamer failed to follow procedures of proper water restoration/ mitigation and in turn put myself as well as my neighbors at health risks. Their lack of preparation, qualifications and proper procedures has created a list of consequences which are means of a lawsuit. They left the job unfinished - no call, no check in, no show-- GHOSTED the job. While on the job they damaged my contents- piling contaminated contents on top of furniture further damage to contents. They piled and mix infected wet content with untouched contents in my bathtub. They failed to cover my contents before blowing 18 fans on floor that was full of remenents and water puddles. They left vanities with mold in the home. They left wet walls in tact that are now covered in mold. They tore out part of a wet ceiling without covering cabinets. It was a mess to say the least. We are now 3.5 weeks into mitigation which is typically a 4 day in and done process, still incomplete and mold has accumulated in the walls. Their lack qualifications, professionalisms, care and honesty on the job has created a situation that in which my neighbors in the complex (condos) will be inconvenienced with having to knock out walls. The neighbors now have to worry about potential health concerns despite the risk rate. Super Steamer will promise that they are qualified professionals and can complete a thorough and timely job, yet they lack employees. They are not equipped with a qualified crew. The list of disappointment by myself, my neighbors, insurance company as well as water restoration professionals is endless. The owner has dropped the ball with investing himself in his company- from the simple basics of proper lawful services contracted to the heart of what the job entails. I have had A representative of Super Steamer confess that the owner stated he would take the job, being qualified/lacking experience so he could nail a contract to complete the flooring. What a disgrace. This review isn't meant to be malicious. I decide to share my story to create awareness of the dangers of hiring Super Steamer. I would NOT RECOMMEND Super steamer. The company is unethical, deceitful in an effort of financial gain; full of broken promises in hopes they can slide under the radar; unprofessional- numerous no calls/ no shows. I hope to save others from health risks, loss of money and time, enhanced stress, and being deceived. It's been a nightmare of experience with Super Steamer. Please be cautious. For example, when he came to pump our septic today, we discovered that the 50 year old lid had shattered since the last pumping. My wife and I went out to buy the riser and lid that Matt recommended, but didn't quite have the expertise to do it ourselves. Matt came back in the midst of his very busy day, helped us to install the riser, and refused to take any extra money for the second trip to our house! Their pumping prices are also reasonable and Misty in the office is very helpful. I don't give many five star reviews, but this one is well deserved.
