So decided to get a new dishwasher. Asked Jesus to recommend a good one. He did. I asked the estimated price. He called an appliance place and got the price which was affordable. I asked how soon I could get it. He talked to the owner of the appliance place who said he could deliver it as soon as he closed shop for the day. Jesus arranged for someone to come and dispose of the broken dishwasher. The new one was delivered that evening and Jesus came back a couple of days later and installed it. Now that is what I call great service.

If you are planning to call this company for a washer/dryer stack repair, be prepared, they will only perform the repair after the units are unstacked. You will need to hire a separate appliance or moving company to unstack and restack the units. Currently pricing is approximately $250 to unstack and another $250 to restack, totaling about $500 just to remove the top dryer. There are other appliance companies that provide these services as part of the repair ticket at no additional cost to you. I tried to discuss options with the rep and was initially told they could help by the technician but later they refused and showed no willingness to assist or provide alternatives. Based on my experience, I would stay away and look for a company that is more customer-focused and willing to help and that have staff to do the work within a one month period.

Then a second burner went out. Our house was about to go on the market and we called Ivanhoe Appliance Service. Ed came out the same day that we called. He was able to fix the one burner on the spot and then gave us the option to order the needed parts on our own from Amazon or he could order them from his distributor. We chose to order ourselves for a significant savings. Ed returned a few days later and installed the ordered parts and now we have a perfectly working stove.
