So decided to get a new dishwasher. Asked Jesus to recommend a good one. He did. I asked the estimated price. He called an appliance place and got the price which was affordable. I asked how soon I could get it. He talked to the owner of the appliance place who said he could deliver it as soon as he closed shop for the day. Jesus arranged for someone to come and dispose of the broken dishwasher. The new one was delivered that evening and Jesus came back a couple of days later and installed it. Now that is what I call great service.

Then they were on time, and quick to trouble shoot the problem. They had to order a new valve and it came in about a week later. Again, they called and came out on time and replaced the valve in 10 minutes. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Refrig/freezer stopped cooling. Samsung sent this company. Said that sealed cooling system needed…read morereplacing. He said he also could hear the 2 icemakers were not working. I didn't have the POP so he said the charge would be $1,600 to repair ($1030 for cooling system). He did say the cooling system had a 5 year warranty,(the refrig was 3 yrs old) and the refrigerator was only $1,500 when purchased. I got the POP and sent it to them and asked that they replace the warrantied part but not the ice makers. I don't use ice. They refused to replace the defective warrantied part unless I paid for the $600 ice makers. They simply refused to repair the warrantied part. Since they were the only Samsung Warranty Repair business, I called Samsung again but Samsung, after 6 phone calls to them, wouldn't help. I gave in to Nace's demand and had to pay for icemakers. They then replaced them along with the cooling system. I was forced to pay for something I didn't think was broken ( he said he could hear the ice makers weren't working) . The Nace company phones also went unanswered many times, and call backs were seldomed returned.

Then a second burner went out. Our house was about to go on the market and we called Ivanhoe Appliance Service. Ed came out the same day that we called. He was able to fix the one burner on the spot and then gave us the option to order the needed parts on our own from Amazon or he could order them from his distributor. We chose to order ourselves for a significant savings. Ed returned a few days later and installed the ordered parts and now we have a perfectly working stove. Ivanhoe's prices were not only reasonable but actually very good as including the parts that we had to order and the service fees it cost us approx. $250 total. Thanks Ed for a job WELL DONE!

She hung up on me on the phone, called me a c*nt and tried to apologize but said when you push her she's gonna push back. So I hope no one else "pushes her" to that point.
