My friend and I had 2 suitcases, and since we planned walking along Venice Beach and relaxing in Santa Monica before heading out, we didn't want to lug our things around (no car). Our flight confirmed they will take bags up to 4 hours before check-in, so things were not looking favorable. I looked up airport baggage storage and received these guys contact info. I called them up and the process was quick easy. I met them at LAX and they arrived on time and friendly. The exchange was only a minute- they took our luggage on spot and gave us a TTL cost estimate (which I appreciated having up front without asking) and we were on our way. When we returned to our flight for check-in, gave them a call and they were there to return our stuff within 30 mins, paid, that was it. All our stuff was returned exactly as was before. Would use again!

They are just the delivery people and not fair to be blamed for the mistakes of the airlines or the airports. Thank you all for delivering my suitcases safe and not touched as fast as you could.

The rest of my experience at LAX was fine, I did not have extensive layovers at the airport either on the trip to Kauai or the trip home from Kauai. The LAX staff I encountered were all professional. I got some fresh air outside at LAX, and returned through security, helping a man behind me who had several toddlers and several bins, and that's where i lost my driver's license! Despite calling LAX security and lost and found numerous times, I never got my driver's license back. This was in the "old days" and on arrival at Kauai, I went to the rental car place and my county courthouse in Madison County Alabama faxed some documentation to the rental car company in Kauai and fortunately I was able to get a rental car that way!

My storage unit was broken into most of my personal belongings were stolen -- including clothing,…read moredesigner items, household goods, and important personal effects accumulated over many years. This was not a minor loss it has been financially and emotionally devastating. What concerns me most is not only the theft itself, but the way the situation was handled. My lock was removed and replaced with a dummy lock my keys and the staff keys could not open the replaced lock. There was no proactive incident report offered, and I had to push for information. Communication felt minimal, and there was no immediate transparency around surveillance review or what steps were being taken. For a facility of this size, I expected stronger security protocols and a more urgent, supportive response when a customer experiences a major loss. Instead, the process felt reactive and unclear at a time when accountability and reassurance mattered most. If you are considering storing valuable or sentimental items here, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about security procedures, monitoring, and incident response so you fully understand the high risk. I sincerely hope the facility improves its safeguards and communication so no one else has to go through an experience like this.
