I initially overlooked the owner's abrasive attitude and my dog's apparent fear of the place, despite his claims that my dog was aggressive. However, after trying other groomers and consistently receiving glowing feedback about my dog's sweet behavior, it became clear that this wasn't the right fit. At other places, my dog is calm and content. One instance that sealed my decision was when I got a call, 30 minutes after picking up my dog, saying he was ready for pickup. When I mentioned that I had already taken him home, there was no apology... just "ok" before hanging up. Like excuse me? No sense of security here. While the grooming here is acceptable, there are definitely better options out there with superior service and kinder handling.

My fur baby was a little matted so they called & told me they needed to do a #7 (lower cut) instead of the #5. That wasn't the problem, after returning home, I was petting her & keep feeling little bumps (at least 5 or more), which I then saw were scabs, then noticed one on each ear. I'm totally pissed thinking of how much pain my fur baby must have felt!! I no she must have yelped & now I'm wondering if they cut her nails to low & caused pain. I'm taking her back to Petco from now on, there hair cuts may be basic, but my fur baby has never come home with cuts on her skin. Not to mention you can see them being groomed at Petco where this place they go behind a wall. I only went here because of the low price and that it was close to my house.
