It cost me over 600.00 dollars for a new anchor bolt installed. Then, I was quoted 1,800 for a basin replacement.... And I had to provide the basin 2. Poor quality of work. My tech Destin obviously did not know what he was doing. Not only did he not only not change the flange, install a new seal, caulk the toilet, he didn't even tighten the toilet down!!!!! I called because I saw my anchor was rusted away and the toilet was rocking.... My toilet is still rocking and now my toilet is having issues flushing. 3. Customer service. I have called times. Every time the very nice dispatchers would apologize for the inconvenience and say that they were trying to contact the manager. I was told that the manager would call me back soon. And guess what, he still hasn't. I am truly disappointed in a Christian.

They called an hvac company out of the phone book who didn't send a technician, but a slick salesman instead. This guy convinced them to sign a contract for a $17,000.00 new AC system. After they signed the contract he told them they'd have to wait three days for the system to arrive and be installed. They called me very upset and concerned. I cancelled the contract with the phone book guys and called Mike from Qualitech. Qualitec diagnosed the problem, went to a local supply house for a new fan motor and installed installed it all in the same day. LIFE SAVERS! Thought I had a venting problem in my drain pipes for my washing machine. wayer would back up in…read morethe washer after the final spin cycle. Dan removed the old pvc and installed new pipe with a secondary vent and check valve. When he found that the washer still wasn't draining properly he surmised that there was a partial blockage in the drain line. He removed the clean out trap cover and removed the clog. Unfortunately waste water got on our finished basement carpet when the blockage was removed. I realize these things happen and happy that the problem is resolved. Thanks Dan for a great job.
