Owner was super strict about shoes - told us to wipe our (clean) shoes multiple times. Signs all over about having to sit on front bench to take off shoes and put new ones on before going in. The place has a curious feel. Photos of bodybuilder pros on one wall with trophies. Weird thing to note: it's sort of a gym. But really, when you walk in, it's a store. They sell water stuff and bikes. It's an interesting setup. Everything is super close together. The store is right next to gym machine and all gym stuff really close together. Drop in fee/day pass was $15 per person. Locker room has a shower, there is a water fountain, and there were a small handful of people there. Only/best "gym" option in the area. I wouldn't return unless I absolutely had to get my training in and there weren't any other options.

As an instructor Casey was very calming and encouraging and made everyone on our team feel good about the fact that we know absolutely nothing about paddle boarding. It also made us feel better about the fact that we were sending expensive cameras out on the water! In a matter of minutes our people were up on their SUPs and out finding their way--it was awesome to see people go from terrified to get on the water to thrilled by what they could do. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for great local flavor and advice mixed with incredible outdoor activities in the area!

The rental guy was under a nearby shade tree, so we once we figured out who to talk to, he was a master of efficiency, and got us out on the water quickly. Cash and cards are accepted. The price is reasonable. There is a portajohn on site. Food is available nearby. Parking is easy and free. Notably, there is a kayak launch platform that makes it completely easy and straightforward to get in and get out of your boat. No more wading, sloshing, tipping, wet feet, launch anxiety, etc. Once you launch, you can make your way toward a swampy area, or stay in open water. The swampy area offers a great water-level perspective on wetlands and water plants. I'm sure that many people have spotted notable birds and mammals in this area. If you choose the open water, there is lots of room for practicing your kayaking skills or for exploring the banks of the river. You can also head under a couple of bridges. We looked for bats, but didn't see any. Great place. Worth checking out.

This is a different time of day for us to come in the late afternoon and it did get pretty busy by the time we left with folks coming in after work. But I didn't have to wait on any equipment. No pictures, it's too busy with too many people. All of the machines worked fine. I didn't see any that were in disrepair and the place was pretty clean. Would definitely return here.

Facility is clean, well kept and the staff is very friendly. Equipment is new and well placed inside the facility, I really like the layout. There are plenty of cleaning stations spread throughout the facility to attempt to ensure folks wipe down their equipment after use. The locker rooms are modern and have what I consider to be the best showers of all 4 local Planet Fitness'. You have room to move in there and you don't feel cramped. My only "complaint" is that the highest weight dumbbell at this location is a 65lb dumbbell, but that doesn't stop me at all from getting a great workout in and I will keep coming back.

Most of the employees are very helpful with anything you need. The only negative thing I have to say is that there's one employee who regularly walks into the locker room when people are changing.
