This inconspicuous roadside market serves up some of the most delicious Indian food I have ever had in my life. The husband, and what I am assuming is his wife, were so kind and attentive. We decided to start with an order of traditional samosas. They had the perfect fried, but flaky exterior with seasoned and perfectly spiced interior. The fresh mint sauce that was served with them was some of the best I have ever had. For our meals, we had aloo prantha and another dish that was a wrap that had paneer but I don't remember the name. Both dishes were made fresh to order and had the perfect level of spice. We definitely felt like we were eating Indian comfort food. And again, I would buy that fresh mint sauce by the gallon if I could, that's how delicious it was. To wash things down, I had an absolutely delicious mango lassi. So even though it is off the beaten path, if you are feeling adventurous and anywhere in the area, do yourself a huge favor and check out Dink's market.

Without us even asking, she wet some paper towels for my son to put on the back of his neck and got some crackers for him to eat since he was feeling light-headed. She took such good care of him, you would have thought we had known her forever! I have been thinking about her generosity every day since then.
