Also, the layout of the store flowed making it easy for my nephew to locate what he needed rather easily. I appreciated how the signage made promotions clear and the store is bright which makes it easy to distinguish the details. My hat goes off to the manager. It's clear there is a system in place which involves greeting every customer and ensuring the are assisted if need be. The details made all the difference here.

How convenient for me!! I walked in and I'm a fish out of water as auto gadgets and solutions are not my thing. However, I'm fascinated by those men and women who are excited about spark plugs, mud flaps, wiper blades, WD-40 and fan belts among other things. I knew enough to read the overhead aisle markers and find the product I was in need of purchasing. I'm also not reluctant to ask for suggestions and help. This is where Don comes in. Don is a tall burly man's man with (obviously) an encyclopedia of vehicle needs rolling around in his head. He had a hand full of items he was in route to deposit on a shelf of bin when he stopped to ask if I needed assistance. I wanted to know which plate protector was best: flat acrylic or beveled? He asked two questions which led me to answer that I had s Red Sox plate outliner around my license plate to which he responded, "Oh, you don't need a plate protector just throw that Red Sox thing away and your plate's protected." I love humor in my sales person!! And it was good humor and induced a 10 minute baseball conversation about World Series, American and National league teams and those who are in need of a shot at the titles. What-A-Guy!!!! Meanwhile back at my reason for the visit, Don and I agreed on the flat plate protector. He single handedly cashed me out while balancing in the other arm all those items, gave me a receipt a warm invitation to come back, shook my hand with his free hand and in parting reminded me to trash my Red Sox tag frame. So, I bought the wrong ones a few days ago. I was not sure how to get the key out of my two fobs. David removed the old ones for me & replaced them, plus he gave me a refund since they were out of the other brand. I watched how polite & courteous David was with the 2 gentlemen ahead of me, who needed several different parts. His demeanor never changed even as he tried to help them, all the while ensuring that he had the correct part. I highly recommend this business for any & all auto parts. Worst dealership experience I've ever had…read more I specifically reviewed the Carfax before purchasing, which showed a prior incident but no details. I asked directly about it, and both the salesman and the used car manager assured me it was only a cracked windshield claim. That was completely false. The vehicle had clearly been involved in an accident and required body repairs. Something they absolutely knew and chose not to disclose and lie about. They also gave me an "I Owe You" for repairs, and despite multiple attempts to get those issues fixed, the vehicle still has ongoing problems. They simply do not follow through. To make things even worse, they mailed my tag and title to the wrong address, creating even more unnecessary stress and delays. The lack of honesty and accountability from management is unacceptable. I felt misled from the beginning, and the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, a horrible experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, make sure you verify everything yourself, because you cannot rely on what they tell you.

It took 3 days to get diagnostic which they couldn't provide timeline on the part arrival time. We purchased our own parts and still waiting VERIFICATION codes to updated to ECM. Also, you have to call this shop to get updates. They will not do anything until you keep calling them. Any Owner Operator stay away from all Rushes. I only went to this location because it was preferred by NTP. I'm calling NTP to have them remove the referred location. My truck had two simple issues which are still not repaired. The problem is you get stuck in stations where you have your truck at these locations because they did so much work trying to figure out the problem when I can see the codes on my ELD. Imagine dealership with 3.7 rating on Google is embarrassing. It's clear the service manager of this location doesn't care. All call this shop before towing my vehicle to this location. They confirmed they weren't busy and could be pulled in right away. Please avoid this location unless you want your truck down for weeks.
