I have been going to Rayna for 10 years and I LOVE HER SALON! She is the best at providing a relaxing and rejuvinating experience. I love variety and am always looking for a new way to style my hair. Rayna is wonderful at allowing me to express myself through my hair yet providing me with styles that compliment my face shape and my overall style. When I arrived to Rayna 10 years ago my hair was damaged and I had breakage from over processing. After only one visit my hair was drastically different in texture and look. I was hooked after that point and have been going to her ever since. I have never had a negative experience while in Rayna's salon. I do understand that Yelp allows anyone with an email address to post opinions and reviews, but the review made by "Tiffany W" is in my opinion slander. In my 10 years of visiting Rayna she has been more than flexible regarding appointments and professional while providing services. I have never heard a negative word or tone from her regarding clients or her employees. Apparently "Tiffany W" has not recieved hair services in the Seattle area. Rayna's prices are competative and in my honest opinion VERY reasonable, especially when you see the finished product. Also, "Tiffany W" states that Rayna "started to blow dry it while painfully pulling my hair to breakage". This is actually impossible. You can't pull hair to breakage without pulling it from the root. And I doubt on every level that you would allow someone to pull your hair out from your scalp while you sit and allow them to complete the service. "Tiffany W." sounds like an angry 12 year old with personal issues and if this is the case I would have hoped that you would have called the salon directly or try to obtain a refund at the time of service or even stand up out of the chair and state that she was damaging your hair. NONE of this happend. You did not state that you did anything, you just paid for your services and left. You took the time to write a negative review behind the stylists back, but you did not take the time to speak face to face with the stylist that provided you with the service? I don't buy it for a second, especially since I have recieved 10 years of services and have NEVER had even one bad experience. Thank you Rayna for your years of dedication and amazing services. Hey Ladies, if you are looking for someone dedicated to taking care of your hair you MUST go to the Specialist sent from God! I am telling you, Rayna is kind, professional, patient and most of all...A PERFECTIONIST. Once you sit in her anointed salon chair looking a HOT MESS you will be leaving TOTALLY satisfied and feeling like you're sitting on top of the world!!! Trust me, she's been doing my hair for YEARS! She put herself through school (without anyone's help), she came up with her own monies to get not one but two shops opened. She don't ask of anyone NOTHING but your LOYALTY. Rayna is an honest business woman of God with morals, character and integrity. There have been so many jealous women that she has helped and then they turn around and say such negative things about her when she's done absolutely nothing to them but make their tired selves look like something. The women that know she's been a blessing to them will speak up and tell the HATERS their story of how they came to her crying and left feeling like a Queen! Y'all betta ask somebody. I came to Raynas Hair Studio for a relaxed, cut and style, and was charged over $200. This was after waiting 30 minutes for her while she primped in the back!! While she was flat ironing my hair she burned my scalp several times. On top of all that, she was very, very unprofessional!!! I would not recommended this place to anyone! Don't even drive by!!! Be for i wrote this review, I was viewing previous reviews, and noticed something rather odd. All of the "good" reviews just happen to be right around the same time!! Could this be Rayna??? I would like to address LaQuesha T. I experienced Rayna's unproffesionalism with my own eyes!!! Any business owner that shows up late, and provides crappy service is UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I've been coming to Raynas Hair Studio for 2 years and counting after she was highly recommended by a friend of a friend..and have never looked back. There is no better stylist in Seattle/Renton/Bellevue/Tacoma or surrounding areas that I'm aware of..and yes.. I've tried many! Not only is she fabulous with natural hair..her skills with extensions are the best!! People ALWAYS ask "where do you get your hair done?" Ladies if you try this establishment you will not be disappointed. And as far as $$ no more expensive than less skilled beauticians I've been to in the past (but let's be clear..if you want supercuts prices..then you should go to supercuts) I believe you get what you pay for. So to sum this up if you desire hair that will "blow in the wind".."movie star style" that also includes professionalism. Rayna sent from heaven to me :-) I was looking for a proffisional hair stylets with reasonable price to do my hair extensions..and I found her...she is great and did a great job on my hair and charged $0 when she styled my hair after she did my hair extensions...she preformed the beads method and it's very well done, nice and neat...the first hair stylest somewhere else when she did the hair extensions for me they were extremely irritatable and itchy and I had to remove them 2weeks later for extra expenses but now when Rayna did them for me I feel I will keep them forever and will go back to Rayna to redo later again...I defently recommend Rayna for you ladies :-)) read more

I have been going to Rayna for a little over two years she is great she does her work very fast and you are in and out the longest I have ever been in the chair was an hour and a half , if there is an issue she is quick to get you back in to fix it I get people asking me all the time where I get my hair done and i always mention her name she has lots of products to offer hair, shampoo,bags the works . I refuse to let any other stylist touch my hair after working with her her prices are good to me and she often has specials you get what you pay for ! read more

I trust that when I sit in her chair not only will my hair look amazing but I know the products that she uses are top of the line and are building health back in my hair.
