I didn't really have any interaction with much staff but they were all smiling and seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

The staff helped me find what I needed. They had the dry kataifi, roasted kataifi and frozen kataifi. I told them I wanted it for the Dubai Chocolate and said I could use any of them but the roasted kataifi was probably best option to keep it simple. It cost $8.49. The market itself reminds me of small Asian markets. I was in a hurry but I want to come back and really look around. They also sell pistachio spread here too but I already bought that so didn't need it. After I paid and, on my way out, I immediately noticed the viral Propitious Ice Cream in the refrigerated section. OH. EM. GEEEEEEE!!! Been looking for this everywhere. They had so many different flavors options including mango, peach, refreshing lemon, summer lemon and the blue one is a milk flavored ice cream filled with yellow peach jam. I was so excited to find this close by but also couldn't buy any since I was running around. I will be back for these!!! "Propitious Ice Cream, also known as "the viral ice cream", is a Chinese frozen dessert that comes in fruit-shaped popsicles of mango, peach, and lemon. The popsicles have become a social media sensation, with TikTok users documenting their months-long searches for the product. The ice cream's rarity and premium price, ranging from $7-$11.99 per popsicle, contribute to its mystique."

I was also looking for a couple of specific things that I haven't been able to find since Caspian Grill closed. The store was pretty much what I expected. A few aisles of shelves stacked to the top with a variety of items. Let's face it. Middle East is a large area with many countries, each with its own unique spices and dishes, and so it is a huge undertaking to try and satisfy everyone, but for the most part, they succeeded. Given the people who were shopping there at the time, I would say that the authenticity of the store was greatly appreciated. I ended up not finding the Persian items I was looking for, but that's ok, instead I got a Turkish item. They also serve food at the store, which is nice because after walking along the aisles of food items, you start craving a Middle Eastern treat. I saw a vertically roasted meat and I knew what I wanted, but i didn't see a menu and when I was asked what I wanted, I wasn't sure if they were serving Gyro, Doner, or Shawarma, and not wanting to offend anyone, I asked for a meat wrap. It worked and I ended up with a Shawarma, which made the whole experience worthwhile.

When we first arrived, we looked around the store before placing our order. Once we decided, we didn't wait long before the food came out. They have tables outside so we enjoyed the pizza and sub with our drinks. Then, we tried the cannolis. I love how fresh the pizza tasted and cannolis were also amazing. Between the two flavor Sicilian drinks, I liked the orange more than the lemon. I felt like the lemon was too sour plus it's already bubbly due to the fact it's a sparkling drink but the orange tasted better and natural. It didn't taste as carbonated. It was made to perfection. The chicken cutlet, mozzarella, sun-dried tomato sub was okay, I wasn't a fan of the sun-dried tomato but my bf loved it. He also added the olive oil that came on the side. We would definitely come back to try other things like the chicken parmigiana and maybe another pizza. It's a good spot with a variety of things on their menu. However, there are somethings to keep in mind with visiting which are there store hours, they don't have a bathroom for the public, and , some of the tables are extremely wobbly so be careful where you sit too. Despite those things, you should still check it out. Ps: we had the meat lasagna for dinner and it was amazing. You gotta try it!
