Niki was patient enough to show me at least 10 homes (I lost count :) before I finally found THE one. I remember she called me as soon as the house hit the market and told me I had to see this house. I said okay, I'll see it this weekend. She told me no, today, because the house was such a hot deal, it wouldn't last until the weekend. So I rolled out of bed, drove from Merced to Chowchilla before work, looking like hell. And the rest is history. I got an absolute dream home at a steal of a price. The entire process was so smooth. There were no bidding wars or last minute "surprises" at all. Escrow closed ahead of schedule and 4 years later I still refer everybody in Chowchilla to her. Bottom line is nobody beats her (and her team's) experience or knowledge when it comes to Chowchilla real estate. Do not rent from this company unless you want to be disrespected and belittled by this company. Also, their house makes the street that they live on, trashy, when they supposedly say that they do multiple checks of the tenants, it's not true. Oh, also, they make threats to you as well.

I am so sad to be the one that has to give Mrs Peters a bad review. Nothing against her as a…read moreperson, there might have been many things going on with her over the week and it may not be her fault. But, as a first time home buyer, I had no idea about anything I was doing and did not know the first thing to do. Another realtor that had helped me close on a home had recommended me to her. Unfortunately my husband and I did not have a good first time experience with her, she never communicated with us through the week and I was the one that had to keep reaching out to her and her assistant that was also helping. The first day we contacted her (on a friday or saturday) we spoke with her shortly after and told her what we were looking for and she seemed to be excited and looking forward to helping us, we kept in contact for the first day or two and then never heard from her after that except when I would contact her. My husband and I were told that she would get back to us the next day with updates and instead we got an email from someone else helping Mrs Peters, showing us listings and then told us they will get back to us the next day, we never heard back. We waiting another day and still nothing, so I reached out to Mrs Peters instead of her assistant and she only said she was waiting for confirmation and would get back to us the next day. We still heard nothing back, by this time is was Wednesday, we waited til Friday. By Friday we were so frustrated not knowing what is going on or if we even should make plans to go to Fresno to look at places because we didn't know anything that was happening and didn't even know if she got ahold of any agents selling the places we wanted to look at. I even messaged her Friday before I decided to just find another realtor, she never messaged me back. So I just found another agent that got ahold of me almost instantly and she was so nice and understanding and made appointments for us to look at the house we were interested and to meet up with her the very next day. She did not even hesitate and she even pushed back some of her appointments with other clients for us.
